   We enjoy dining at the Double Cut for our anniversary weekend while we stay nearby. The food was great as always We were even luckier this year bring seated near the gas fireplace The service this year could have a been better. We are already looking to getting away next year and to dine at the Double Cut.

   We had a very large gourp and they were extremely accomodating and placed us in an area we could talk and mingle without distrubing other guests.

   Shawn our server was amazing and Avery professional. Couldn’t ask for a better waiter. Thank you for making our dinner so special. Food is to die for. Worth the price .

   We were a little nervous bringing our 3 daughters (ages 3, 5, 7), but they did have a great kids menu with coloring. We were seated in the perfect booth to give us enough room and our Server was so nice and accommodating. Our meal was better than some more expensive steak houses in our hometown. Highly recommend.

    I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The potato-leek soup was amazing and the Bibb lettuce salad was refreshing. The table was split on the monkfish – one person thought it was great, but another felt that the tastes didn't quite mesh. Everyone loved the flat iron steak. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable."

    Unfortunately we were sat in the bar area where the service was poor to negligible. We waited 15 minutes for anyone to address us, for more than an hour with empty glasses for our filets, which were covered in salt. $285 later, I actually got sick in my hotel room from what I believe was the lobster bisque. This is definitely a case of a resort-hype restaurant with lower food quality and even worse service.

    Service was amazing. Staff attentive and pleasant. Food delicious and steaks well prepared and seasoned. Be prepared for family dining with iPads blaring at adjacent tables. Not a steakhouse atmosphere, even with a late evening reservation.

    Fabulous place, delicious food, and Great staff! Definitely a must and super family friendly with a ton of dining space sizes and locations in one restaurant to accommodate families or a date night!

    It took us 2.5 hours to receive our food and the restaurant was not even busy. Many many open tables. Then when the steak came out, mine and my wife’s steak were both over cooked. Steaks were ordered medium rare and came out well done. I figured at least if I waited that long the least they could do is cook it properly.

    I have to say that when we visited in 2022 our dining experience was amazing. The food was the best we had ever had. The presentation was beautiful. We were so excited to come back in 2023 for dinner. The whole family was very very disappointed. Even a 11 year old noticed the huge differencein our food from last year. Made us all sick right after eatting it too. Were sorry to say we spent hundreds of dollars on this meal only to be really let down and sick. We wont be back. Im not mad Im very dissapointed.

    Our server, Eduardo, made this dinner for six an absolutely amazing experience! We’ve been to Double Cut many times, as a couple, and always enjoyed it, but this time it was made memorable by Eduardo’s kindness, sense of humor & professionalism. The drinks were phenomenal and presentation quite unique. The chef did a remarkable job & made certain all our meals were exactly as we wanted. Loved everything!

    Clearly one of the better dining options in the area but prices are like NYC but quality not so much. Food wasn’t bad but not spectacular for charging $40+ per plate. The Valentine’s Day special made the cost much more reasonable. Lobster bisque had one piece of lobster. Caesar’s salad had one slice of anchovy. Sauce provided with scallops dish was not complimenting at all. Dessert tasted like store bought. My opinion and others can try and make their own opinions of course. Lamb chops, scallops and miso cod tasted good but not spectacular. Servers were polite and attentive.

    The service staff need guidance on plate handling. The manager was not friendly. On Valentines Day no mature couple wants to sit at the bar or among loud children for a steakhouse dinner. We had a much better experience in June with a convention group.

    It's a very expensive resteraunt and I don't think the food is up to par. The steak, cooked perfectly and was 100 percent worth it. Crab cakes were also delicious. The cream corn tastes better out of a can. The mashed potatoes were more like garlic with some potatoes. I hate when brocolli is just a giant head of brocolli... if I wanted to cook, I'd do it at home. The baked potato was good and the bacon was excellent with it... the cheese, is that literally kraft shredded cheese? My wife says the truffle sauce tasted like a bad helmons. First time eating truffle sauce and I don't see the big deal to be honest. The service was excellent however. Everything came out on time, was prepared like we asked and our waiter was kind and prompt the entire service. The resteraunt was nice, love the fires going and decorations. Because it's in a kids style resort, a bunch of kids were there naturally but I think children are funny when they ask their dads such things like... where did you get your millions from dad? Only thing I wish was different is the appetizer plate size. I mean... we have fries, crab cakes and bread and a very small plate to enjoy it on.

    The prices are not in line either food. I ate a porterhouse that was good, not great and paid a HIGH price for it. All a art menu drives the price even higher making this a hard pass for me next time. The hanging bacon was phenomenal, though and the atmosphere was amazing. I just wanted better food for the price.
