This was my 3rd time here , 1st was awesome, 2nd time was ok, 3rd time bad, steaks were tough, chewy , dry , cream of spinach cold , no flavor , the best part of the night was the bread. Came hungry , left starving.
They made my kids birthday one to remember. The service was outstanding and the food was to die for.

It was our sons tenth birthday and I wanted to take him for his favorite meal (steak)! The food & service was wonderful. We loved our waiter, he was really helpful & they sang him happy birthday with his dessert!

This restaurant is so beautiful and elegant inside. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The food was pretty good and the cheesecake here is absolutely delicious. Definitely coming here again in the future.

The restaurant was not crowded food was cold Scallops were salty the tacos came out burnt without lettuce i was told that it didn’t come with lettuce even though the menu said it did and the manager asked my daughter if she would like a plate of lettuce. My $15 martini was half full the wine pour was about 4 ounces. The brussels sprouts were disgusting they just steamed them and brought them out plain even though it said it would be steamed with butter and seasoning and came out 10 minutes after the main course. Very disappointing for the amount of money we paid will not revisit.
Very overpriced. A bit too much salt on almost everything. Waiter was outstanding. Food preparation was just OK. The scallops were a tad bit overcooked and the steak we got was extremely salty and a bit too charred, center was perfect. I would not recommend. Very convenient in house.
The waitress was very attentive. The food was not worth the price. The steak for my fiancé and I was not up to par. The burnt taste is not something either of us desired on the outside.
Steaks were extremely salty and were overdone. Expected more out of a $54 ribeye and and $24 kids filet. Other then that it was fine. Tuna steak was amazing. Service was good. But left disappointed for what we paid.
The service from beginning to end was fantastic. The food is outstanding. I ordered the 20 oz. ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. I can't wait to visit again.
For the most expensive restaurant in the resort. It was extremely disappointing. I do not recommend this place. My filet mignon was over cooked by 2 levels. My crab stuffed shrimp scampi was undercooked. The lobster Mac n cheese was very dry and stiff. The only descent thing we had was the scallop appetizer.

Very beautiful place. Diana was great and accommodating. Shawn and Alexander were great servers/hosts for our big party. The only thing is that food that wasn’t ours kept coming and we turned it all away. For a large party, both servers/hosts must be on point and be on the same page. Other than that all was wonderful.
We paid entirely too much for our meal. Food was ok but not worth $300
After dining at Double Cut Grill in November we were excited to go back this past week. However, the experience we had was not close to what we experienced back in November. Maybe the waiter was having an off night or maybe he was more concerned about the table of 20 he also had. Or maybe the cook was having an off night too, but the quality of food and service was not the same. We did speak to the manager and he removed the items from the bill that were not to our satisfaction; however, having a so so experience put a damper on the rest of the night.
When we seen the place we thought it was very nice. I had high hopes, the whole dinner was a let down, my filet was undercooked came back 20 min later. I was no longer hungry after the manager apologized and offered me a dessert. My daughter said her filet was very dry she had only taken two bites but he said she had ate to much to take off. I had ordered ahead a order for my mom to go . I asked if they could cancel it and take my filet back and take it off. Best thing was the appetizer Lump crab cakes everyone enjoyed. Overall we spent $500 total waste next day went to Blux grill spent $160 everything was great service, food and atmosphere. Don’t be fooled this place is a waste and just about money. Also my other daughter had the lobster tails $65 for two that were dry and small.

Our server dave didn’t even check on us not even once. Only to bring food. My drink was empty for a long time. He has an attitude too. Food was ok. Not so great for the price. I had to wait for my food while the others on our table were eating already. I dont recommend.
The restaurant was very nice as was the staff however the adult meals were not good for the expensive price. I ordered a 8oz filet cooked medium and it was extremely dry, lacked any flavor, and had a thick layer of grilled char on the outside.

The host couldn't find the reservation via open table and was ready to dismiss us until I showed her the open table email. This place is very expensive and the food was not good. We had calamari, shrimp cocktail, kids chicken tender and grill cheese meals, 2 steak meals, lobster tail ( I asked for steamed lobster tail and the waitress brought out a grilled lobster tail that was obviously burnt). We ordered sides too and our bill was over $200.00. The food's taste was unsatisfactory, definitely not worth the money.

This was our second time visiting Double Cut. Unfortunately, the food was not as good as the first time. We ordered two appetizers (hanging bacon and tacos) and the tacos were cold (the cheese was not melted and meat was cold). We ordered two sides with our steaks (broccoli and hashed browns) and the broccoli was not only cold but there was no seasoning and it looked like it the broccoli was boiled and then thrown on a plate. Additionally, my son ordered a bacon cheeseburger off the children's menu and it was the size of a slider. He was done in two bites. Thankfully, there was a decent amount of mac and cheese as his side, but he ordered a burger as his primary food item. The menu did not indicate how small it would be. I do mind paying for quality food, but unfortunately, this was an off-night for the kitchen and very disappointing. Not sure we will go back during out next trip.
Colby was the bomb, the other servers were the bomb the foid was the bomb the Manager made himself known, hats off to the chef and his staff everything was good and they gave alot, and to the bartender hecks yesss my drink was good. The Maitre d was awesome Will definitely be back soon.
Steak was gross it seemed like it was from a regular food store for 65.00
And ala cart. The shrimp meal was slimy and gross. The lobster bisque was amazing and calamari was great, WILL NEVER GO BACK! Very dis satisfied !! I don’t mind spending money on food if it’s good but gross! Don’t go !
