Great food, awesome portions. Staff gave great suggestions when asked.
Ella, our server, was outstanding!! We have been huge fans of Dos Locos for twenty years.. it was wonderful to have such a welcoming server - the food is still outstanding and service was excellent! Thank you Ella!
Food was just ok, service was just ok, drinks were pretty good.
Great food, quiet, very comfortable A.C. when it’s hot outside. We’ve been before and it keeps getting better.
An utterly unwelcoming hostess. Sticky table top. Filthy floor under the table. Two inedible entrees. Our waitress volunteered to have one entrée removed from the bill which was fine. Of all the good restaurants in Rehoboth, we must have been asleep to go here.
We visit Dos Locos every time we are in Rehoboth Beach. Always a delicious time. They even take reservations which is wonderful as I hate to wait to be seated. We have not had a meal that we did not love. Margaritas are fantastic!
Pleasantly surprised by the food. Our table of 8 really enjoyed every meal we got and the sangria was delicious. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. Will return when we stay in Lewes again!
This restaurant is a favorite each time we are in Rehoboth Beach. The food is terrific and service is fast. We are always greeted enthusiastically and feel welcomed there. Good varied menu and reasonable pricing.
Top notch quality, quantity and service. You won't go wrong here. We love the food and service here year round. A great place to take friends and family.
For a family beach restaurant, Dos Locos does well. The fajitas, carne asada, all large portions and adequate.
My nieces nachos had multiple hairs in it. Otherwise the food was bland and overpriced.
Food, drinks and service is awesome!! It’s a must go for things like fajitas, tacos, and margaritas!
Great local restaurant! Great staff! Awesome food!
On vacation with the teenagers. Great food. Erick our server was awesome. The food came out quickly and was delicious!
A long time favorite consistent in good service and food.
Good food and service
Great people, great food and it is fresh will always recommend
The Delmar Quesadilla is an amazing dinner. It is stuffed with lump crab meat and shrimp. It is a very big portion of quality seafood. Jacob our server was attentive and adorable. Dos Locos is one of our favorite restaurants in Rehoboth. It is not your typical Mexican food.
Our server was Mariia. She made dining at Dos Locos our best experience in Rehoboth Beach. She interacted with our children like an older sister, and was very attentive to our needs even before we asked (offering up extra napkins, providing waters, etc.).
This restaurant was highly recommended by a few people. I was however disappointed. Fajitas had no flavor whatsoever. It had to be 90 degrees in there. We couldn't even enjoy ourselves even if we tried. My family was dripping sweat during dinner. Very disappointed.
We stop every year, the food is great and the service is excellent. Never disappointed, highly recommended. Reservations recommended.
Server was amazing. Despite being packed, they were ready for us at our reservation time..they were so awesome to my son for his birthday by singing and making him wear a sombrero and a special dessert. Their homemade guac is THE BEST hands down!
We love this place! Everyone there is super friendly. The frozen sangria is delicious. I had the soft shell crabs which were perfect! The restaurant was very attentive in preparing my food because i have Celiac Disease.
Loud, crowded seating plan, hopeless waitress combined to ruin excellent
Will not return.
we were a party of 4 adults and 2 children. We were seated upon our arrival, slightly ahead of our 6:00PM reservation. Our waiter Artem and his wife Maria treated us well! One of our orders was not prepared properly and it was quickly corrected. The food was flavorful, not too spicy. Complimentary chips and salsa were appreciated. Fried ice cream was delicious!!
Dos Locos is one of our regular places on Rehoboth Beach. The service is friendly and prompt. The menu is broad with something for everyone- a particular treat is the stone grill- your choice of meat of fish with great marinades and rubs served on a hot stone so you cook it to your own liking at the table. We encountered an Open Table problem- OT mysteriously cancelled our reservation an hour before arrival but the Dos Locos staff had us seated in no time. Always an enjoyable meal at Dos Locos.
The food was delicious and the service was perfect.
Great Mexican food, chips, and salsa. Sangria is wonderful. Service was top notch
Food was AMAZING and the drinks were poured with a heavy hand! Overall great experience and would definitely go back again!
Although the food was delicious and the service was outstanding, the music was highly offensive. Multiple expletives throughout. Was very loud. When we asked to have the music changed we were told "no, management makes us keep it fresh". Mind you there were many children present with f bombs every other word.
Alaskan King Crab legs that I went for were unavailable. Instead I was served ( suggested by the waiter) dried out Mahi Mahi which was awful. Second and last visit. I was a regular for years, but it has gone way downhill
Memorial Day tradition! Excellent service! Excellent food! Always a go to choice!
Better than average food for the DELMARVA. Fast service. Relatively clean space.
The food was not outstanding for the expensive prices. The ground beef was very greasy, as if it was cooked on a griddle and was hardened into balls of grease. The chicken was over salted and overcooked. The drinks (strawberry daiquiri and pina colada) were the best we've ever had though! Cheers to the bartender!
Lobster tail was extremely dry. Not fresh, probably frozen.
Good food, kid-friendly, love that they let you reserve through open table as it can be super busy during holiday weekends! :)
This used to be one of the best spots in Rehoboth for great Mexican food. However, our food during our last visit was terrible. Burrito and enchiladas were tasteless. No nuance of flavor and consequently, no cohesion of flavor in the overall dishes we ordered.
Lobster Burrito - lobster was potentially either frozen too long or very over cooked. The texture was chewy, “rubbery” and lacked any flavor. The green sauce was overpowered either because there was not enough on the dish or because it was cooked off or it lacked spice/seasoning/salt. In short, the only flavor that came through was flour tortilla and sour cream.
Lobster Enchiladas - Generally, the same as the lobster burrito.
Salsa- chunk tomato. No other flavor.
For dessert, we tried the classic Mexican Sopapillas. This dessert when served in CA, MD, DC, VA and TX is a flour tortilla warmed and cut, drizzled with honey and it cinnamon and finished with whipped cream on the side.
I received flour tortilla cut, but fried such that the soft flour tortillas were turned into hard-crunchy “chips” and drizzled with honey. In sum, this dish was not the typical preparation of the classic sopapillas dish. That would have been okay, had the menu mentioned that this was an alternative preparation of the classic dessert or even describing it as a fusion of sorts, but the menu listed it as sopapillas. It was not enjoyable.
The service was prompt and courteous.
Clean, festive and enjoyable.
Any restaurant can have a bad or off night, however my most recent experience at Dos Locos seemed to be most related to a recipe and/or cooking/preparation issue in the kitchen. Which of course is the most important choice (quality and taste) of food when I dine out. The burrito and the enchilada are classic Mexican dishes that are really the back-bone of Mexican cooking. Swap out the lobster and add chicken or beef and the result would have likely been the same.
I had a group of 12 people for my wife's Birthday and we had a great time. Service was great as was the food and the Margarita's! We will return.
Never fails. We drive 20 miles from Ocean City to make our pilgrimage. Try it you'll like it
Waiter was outstanding.
