Dos Locos is our go-to place for consistently great Mexican fare and friendly, attentive service. They also offer some great menu selections for those who prefer non-Mexican fare.
Great time with friends! Fun atmosphere! Awesome service! Food always good!
We came here for Thanksgiving after another reservation fell through. We were surprised to find they did a special turkey day menu which was very good. They ran out of pumpkin flan and sweet potatoes by the time we got there but the mac n cheese was fantastic as well as the turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes. The apple cinnamon margarita was interesting and strong and they're desserts are wonderful. Everything was plated so elegantly and our waiter was both attentive and enthusiastic. It's been a long time since I've been so impressed with a restaurant and we will definitely be returning the next time we're in town. I wish they were closer to Wilmington because we'd be there all the time!
Great dinner to start the weekend! Excellent food! Excellent service! Margaritas hit the spot!
I’ve been to Dos Locos on most of our Rehoboth visits which is fairly often. The food is very good and wonderful margaritas. Staff friendly and accommodating. A reliable place to go.
Food was okay could have done without listening to the staff argue with on another. Keep your drama in the back of the house
Good food! Excellent drinks. Service was very good also. Drinks just a little pricey. Go when there are drink specials.
We have been to Dos Locos countless times and are never disappointed. Gino is the best bartender on the east coast, and the rest of the staff is excellent. Even with a change of ownership, the quality of the food continues to impress.
Food, service and selection of dishes were all excellent! We always enjoy dining here! Thanks for a great experience!
We had a great dinner tonight here. I had shrimp tacos that were delicious. Having Celiac Disease, I always worry about eating out. This place tries to make sure everything is safe for me to eat. I had a frozen sangria. Yummy!
Meh. That is the best I can say except for the guacamole which was great. The spicy margarita was terrible and I never said I wanted one. I was going to try someone else’s first. The waiter slopped the drink I did order all over the floor, the table and me. The rare tuna in my fajitas was unseasoned and overcooked: tough and flavorless. The lobster tail was ok, shrimp fajitas were ok. Surprisingly in a Mexican restaurant the wine choices were better than the drink choices. I wouldn’t come back. And if you need a good spicy margarita recipe, contact Santa Fe Cafe on Hilton Head Island.
awful food. poor quality. no fruit in sangria.
Waste of time and money while on vacation.
Food was pretty good, but slightly overpriced for such a casual restaurant. They charged for EVERYTHING though, so we felt pretty nickel & dimed by the time we got our bill. They charged $2.50 for extra sour cream, $2 for hot sauce, & another $2 for jalapenos. We have never been charged for any of those things at any restaurant, so this came as a surprise since our server never mentioned anything about the upcharges.
Food was ok, i got the surf and turf burrito. Shrimp was very good but the steak was a bit inconsistently cooked. Beer menu was lacking with the local craft selections.
Our server was so sweet and attentive. Definitely plan on returning next time we are in Rehoboth! The food and drink selection is vast and delicious!
We were seated right away and our waiter was very attentive and polite. The Margaritas were similar to those at chain restaurants (Chili’s, TGIFs). The food, however, was authentic Mexican. Everyone enjoyed their dishes and the guacamole was amazing!! Definitely one of our faves in Rehoboth Beach.
We come here every year on our Rehoboth Beach visit. Best Mexican food and variety. Creative cuisine with lobster, crab and shrimp dishes. Great frozen margaritas.
We had a great dinner here tonight. Our server Damon was so friendly and polite. He took great care of us. I have Celiac Disease and I was able to order my soft shell crab prepared without gluten. The frozen sangria was delicious! We all loved this place and will look forward to go back soon!
Order was wrong from the Kitchen but they did make it right.... food was fast. Service was average... Ground Beef enchiladas had no taste and was very grease... may skip next time in town
It’s not the same as it use to be. It is noisy and service is okay. Drinks seemed watered down. They need to step up their game.
We've been frequenting Dos Locos for years and are so pleased that the new management has maintained the menu and service standards. We often sit at the hightop tables in the bar area - noisy, but fun! The menu is extensive and has options for every diet and a price point for every budget. Margaritas are the best here, and the lobster menu stands out from other Mexican restaurants.
It was great...especially the seafood nachos, one of our favorite appetizers.
We come here every year so that I can get the black bean enchiladas. In the past, they’ve been fantastic. This year the margarita tasted like water, the white queso (which we were told was spicy) was boring and the black bean enchiladas were bland. I love Mexican food but this visit was super boring. Last year my brother in law got sick after having the chicken here... I went back though because I know that happens sometimes and I liked the enchiladas that much. This year my stomach felt off after eating and the food/drink was so incredibly bland. The service was good. However, I think we will be skipping Dos Locos next year.
Family vacation dinner
We had an amazing waitress. Fun environment. The food was average.
The consistency of the chicken in the fajitas was like rubber. The service was very slow. The frozen drinks were mostly melted when they arrived. I’ve been here before and the food was decent. It was well below average this time.
Great food, awesome portions. Staff gave great suggestions when asked.
Ella, our server, was outstanding!! We have been huge fans of Dos Locos for twenty years.. it was wonderful to have such a welcoming server - the food is still outstanding and service was excellent! Thank you Ella!
Food was just ok, service was just ok, drinks were pretty good.
Great food, quiet, very comfortable A.C. when it’s hot outside. We’ve been before and it keeps getting better.
An utterly unwelcoming hostess. Sticky table top. Filthy floor under the table. Two inedible entrees. Our waitress volunteered to have one entrée removed from the bill which was fine. Of all the good restaurants in Rehoboth, we must have been asleep to go here.
We visit Dos Locos every time we are in Rehoboth Beach. Always a delicious time. They even take reservations which is wonderful as I hate to wait to be seated. We have not had a meal that we did not love. Margaritas are fantastic!
Pleasantly surprised by the food. Our table of 8 really enjoyed every meal we got and the sangria was delicious. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive. Will return when we stay in Lewes again!
This restaurant is a favorite each time we are in Rehoboth Beach. The food is terrific and service is fast. We are always greeted enthusiastically and feel welcomed there. Good varied menu and reasonable pricing.
Top notch quality, quantity and service. You won't go wrong here. We love the food and service here year round. A great place to take friends and family.
For a family beach restaurant, Dos Locos does well. The fajitas, carne asada, all large portions and adequate.
My nieces nachos had multiple hairs in it. Otherwise the food was bland and overpriced.
Food, drinks and service is awesome!! It’s a must go for things like fajitas, tacos, and margaritas!
