I had a great meal with my girlfriend who was celebrating her birthday. The waiter dropped down some lovely warm bread and we enjoyed some wine. We started with grilled octopus which had some lovely greens and peppers mixed in. Grilled to perfection and very fragrant. My friend had the risotto- yummy, rich and very comforting. I had the linguine with a a melange of mushrooms. Very delicious too. For dessert, we couldn't decide so the waiter brought us a very fluffy piece of lemon and chocolate cake. The lemon cake was fabulous. I would def return!

The last few times I have been to this restaurant I have not been impressed with the food. I keep hoping it will improve but it feels like they are not buying the best quality ingredients. It is too bad. I ordered a caprese salad and the tomatoes were not ripe. The margarita pizza looked and tasted like a regular take out with thin crust. My friend and I then shared the tiramisu which I generally love and it was bland and very disappointing. I will probably try again in a few months and I am hopeful that this review will be taken into account by Doppio 0 owners and restaurant staff.

We live in the neighborhood and find it a good restaurant to go to where we can get good food in a pleasant atmosphere.

Food was good but the service was not. Our server mentioned that they we're short staffed that night which made the service slow. The bread served was not fresh. I was disapointed since it was our anniversary.
