My husband and I have been here many times in the past couple of years. We take friends and family when they come in from out of town. So, when my husband said he wanted to go out for his birthday this was at the top of my list. The food is always fantastic! Great flavor combinations and prepared perfectly. The atmosphere is buzzing and if you just want to sit at the bar and enjoy a drink the game is on in the background, but never feels like a sports bar.
Great food and fast service on a busy night
When we arrived the place was packed to the brim and the line was out the door. Initially, I was really uncomfortable and thinking both seating and service. Pleasantly surprised on both counts! Seating was a quick (we had a reservation), the food was delicious, the service was quick and polite and on point. Definitely recommend!
I've been dying to try out this place for a long time, and it did not disappoint! HH is very reasonably priced. The drinks themselves are not mind-blowing but easy on the palette. We ordered the croquettes, clams, gnocchi, calamari, Doppio Zero pizza, glass of cab, glass of chianti, and Moscow mule. The mule was heavy on the ginger flavor and the calamari, though perfectly cooked, was under-seasoned. Other than that, everything was stellar. Having gone to Naples and sampled several authentic Neapolitan pizzas as well as several certified places here in the US, I have to say, I think this place might be my favorite. The crust is DIVINE and has the perfect slight crispiness on the outside that gives way to a chewy, flavorful crust. Cannot wait to return and sample more!
we were so excited to go there ,as it was supposed to be an authentic Napolitan pizza place.
The capriciosa pizza meat was invisible,no flavor.
The seafood was not good either.
The Napule was ok so was the mushroom.
They did bring another pizza saying one should ask for exra meat.

All was well. The food was perfect, tasty and made to enjoy. The waiter was knowledgeable and took special request with a smile, checked with kitchen, came back... I trully enjoyed the whole experience. I will come back for the food, but really everything is great.
Reservations for 5pp at 6pm, got there a bit early and were seated right away. We ordered cocktails and the cocktail menu is small but very delicious . The whiskey Sours are the best iv'e ever had!
Truffle fries were delicious and the Pulpo (otcopus) salad was amazing; I could eat it everyday!!!
We ordered 2 White Pizzas; the House Specialty (Pizza Napule), and the Pistachio 20 - delicious! We also ordered 2 Red pizzas: The Capricciosa and the Salciccia as well as the lasagna and we all LOVED them all!
Everything was so great, we splurged with dessert and ordered the Limoncello cake and a chocolate something or other cake- both were very good.
Active, vibrant restaurant for lunch on a Wednesday. 7 of us were seated at the back next to the kitchen. It was noisy being in that location so made it difficult to hear each other--we had to talk very loud to do so. In addition to appetizers and 2 entrees, we also ordered 4 pizzas. With all the other items on the table, we were very limited on space on the table so we were stacking plates ourselves to make room. Pizza stands would have helped tremendously.
Best meals was the ravioli entree and mushroom pizza with white sauce. Service was good.
We made a reservation and they seated us indoors right away. The wait for seating outside was long and we were hungry. The main issue was noise. Why go out to dinner if you cannot hear the person across the table from you? They need to fix the acoustics. The food was good, but not so good as to overcome their noise issues.
In spite of having a reservation they would not seat us outside unless we were wait listed for outside seating, first come first seated. And indoors was so loud I could not hear my guest. The waitress admitted she often goes home with ringing in her ears and a hoarse voice.
Meh! Oddly this location needs: better service/servers, better cooks and possibly skilled management that knows how to better serve customers. After traveling these last few months to locations not in california, sadly I feel most places here in the bay area lack talent when it comes to customer service. I'd gladly give healthy tips where warranted, but honestly this place only validates why I don't tip to those that don't deserve. Although I have to say the location in Cupertino does a better job at servicing the customer and they don't burn or overcook the food, which is why I will take my business there. People, if you wonder why your business is lacking or you don't have the $$$ you think your establishment is on track to get, maybe you should step up and then you will see the $$$ coming in as great business succeed and other just do.
