Really great pasta dishes which were all perfectly cooked. Main sized portions are huge! Carbonara was a standout.

A lovely quiet afternoon in Lygon street with friends and one infant . Generous hosts, capable staff and beautiful ambience. Food was authentic and tasty. A pleasure to be a guest at Donnini’s and love what they do! Simon C

THE best pasta in Melbourne. So fresh. Our waitress was so friendly and provided outstanding service. Fantastic restaurant.

usual great and friendly welcome, great food even with smaller menu offering. nice and quiet interior, great to chat and be heard. lovely night had by all. great work and 10/10.

We had fish of the day (Barramundi), carbonara and the mushroom. These were all really tasty, and fresh. We got the tiramisu and choc meringue for dessert, which was not as good - it was rich and sweet and lacked a complementary flavour (eg. fruit). I was very happy with our food, and we will definitely return. Overall, the quality was brilliant, and we will defiitedly return.
