DONHAO is a unique Modern Chinese Restaurant that is a gathering place for exquisite cuisine, blending traditional family recipes with modern techniques. Located in the Danville Livery, Donhao was established in August of 2024 offering Dine-in and Takeout for both lunch and dinner. Customers enjoy family-style meals with craft cocktails, beer, and wine.

    I especially love their filet of cod with pine nuts and the perfect sauce on top. Presentation is lovely. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I’ve been there 3 times and would come more often if lived closer to Danville; however will surely visit again and again.

    My wife and I went to DonHao for the first and was delighted with a great experience. The food was excellent and sitting at the bar was very entertaining. The bar tender, Randy, was outstanding and was super friendly . We will dining at this restaurant many more times.

    The lunch set is a really good well priced meal. You get soup, small salad, tasty egg roll and an entree paired with rice or chow mein. Will be back.

    The food is outstanding & the cocktails were awesome ! Service was excellent. The main drawback is its extremely noisy & you can barely carry on a conversation. I would love to see the lighting not so bright over the bar so it has a little more atmosphere. The Walnut Prawns were amazing!!

    That was by far the best Chinese food I have ever eaten and I am originally from San Francisco where they have some of the best restaurants
