Excellent food and friendly service, but dishonest billing at the end completely changed my experience. I was charged for items I didn’t order, and management refused to correct it. I ordered one Caesar salad to share with two others, as our waiter recommended. They make the Caesar salads table-side, so when they served a modest portion of salad on three plates, I assumed they had simply split the order for us. It wasn’t until I saw the bill that I realized I was charged for three salads (about $75 total). The server acknowledged I originally ordered one but claimed I later asked for two more. That never happened. He said he would ask the chef and management if the charge could be removed, but told us they all said no. No manager came to speak with us about the mistake. I was also charged for four bottles of water when I only received two, and a larger tip than I approved was added. To their credit, the water and tip were corrected—but only after I raised concerns. Given the restaurant’s reputation and great reviews, I was shocked. What started as a lovely evening ended with me feeling scammed. I don’t know whether the server or management was responsible, but the lack of accountability ruined the experience. I hope other customers check their bills carefully.

Everything was amazing my only comment don’t have the waiters and servers hover over the guest so much. Hard to eat with so many interruptions but other than that excellent food and environment and the performer was outstanding keep him

Booked a last minute early dinner reservation at 5:30pm which was perfect time for my family, my little one had fallen asleep on the car ride there and when we got there they offered to put a couple chairs together for her to sleep on which was very thoughtful. Jose our server was very kind and provided excellent service. All of his recommendations were delicious. Started off with the tuna tartar and octopus ceviche which were both excellent. Next we had the Caesar salad which is a must try. For our main course we opted for the brisket and pork shank which were super flavorful and came with roasted veggies. For dessert we opted for the fresh made churros and coconut sorbet which complimented each other perfectly. Excellent food and service couldn’t recommend more.

This is our favorite restaurant in Los Cabos. We come every time we’re visiting. It’s a must! The table side freshly made Cesar salad is the best in town! I got the shrimp this time. It was so good. Always love the father daughter duo singing too

All very top-notch, from the greeting at the door to the excellent, friendly, professional service from Jose and his team, the table side Caesar presentation by Justin, expert cocktail preparations, and wonderful selection of Mexican wines. The wood-fired rack of lamb is truly an amazing dish, so tender and perfect medium-rare! The duck confit and pate torta is, well, so delicious and unique it's pretty hard to explain how good it is. I'm sounding like a broken record but Don Sanchez never disappoints. Do yourself a favor, and spend an evening there. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for here, in every aspect, and no pretension! Highly recommend.
