While the menu is rooted in tradition, our chefs focus on elevating Italian ingredients and classic flavors to create modern classics, adapted for the contemporary palate of New Orleans. The fresh pastas made by hand daily, roasted vegetables, meats and Napolitano style pizzas, all prepared in the restaurant’s iconic wood oven, are perfectly complemented by custom-brewed beers, seasonal craft cocktails and an Italian-focused wine list.

Our waitress was wonderful! Super helpful with picking out Keto friendly dishes. The cauliflower was amazing!
The best Italian food in Nola!!
Terrible service. Waitress said she didn’t know anything about wines. Couldn’t wait to take order. This used to be a nice place we always visited and recommended to friends but not anymore. We felt like we were in a fast food joint. It was obvious by the lack of people dining in the restaurant that it has gone way down. Sad.
Loved our waitress! Had some great recommendations
We went as a family( toddler and 5 years old) and we didnt know about the restaurant, so when I saw the ambiance I thought that they were gonna put us in a corner like otger restaurants do when you go with kids. However, They chose a very nice table in the middle of the restaurant, so I couldnt be happier!
The food was really good, the bread with spicy oil, the main plates and the dessert. The service was very kind and pleasant.
I would recommend this restaurants if I would live in NOLA I would come back to eat again!
Went for early dinner/happy hour and it was excellent! Great service, super atmosphere (and the historic Roosevelt lobby is gorgeous too), and delicious food.
Was very nice, upscale Italian place. Certainly on the expensive side, our bill for two people with one appetizer, salads, main entree, glass of wine and a beer was around $150.00. Not a place we'll go to all the time, but the meatballs and Wagu are super delicious!
Great happy hour starting at 2pm. The restaurant can get very loud at prime time, but middle of afternoon is best time to go . . . if you are hungry.
We enjoyed our waiter Corey! He was so fun and entertaining. Great food and cauliflower
enjoyed dinner there as usual. Thanks for everything.
The good wasn’t to die for but it was good. The service was awesome though.
Cory was AMAZING!!!! He elevated our experience to the point of us wanting to return.
I've been to Domenica several times, and I, obviously, keep going back for the delicious food - especially the roasted cauliflower! However, this trip was different since our waiter was nothing short of fantastic! He was knowledgeable of the menu, friendly, and created a wonderful setting for our birthday celebration!
Very Good Service and excellent food, wine list with Really good Italian wines, Mr. Gerard was an excellent and very good in his suggestions. Recommended!
Food was amazing! From squash blossoms to cheese board to rabbit tagliatelle everything was top notch. Service was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive and food came out at the right time. Recommendations were spot on. I highly recommend Domenica.
Went for our favorites: cauliflower and a tutto carne Pizza. Great as always.
Our server could have been more attentive. Service was slow
Our server, Corey, was awesome. I asked him, “Restaurants are often known for one or two dishes. What dish or dishes on the menu do you think is under appreciated or that you wish more people would order?” Corey did right by us, made some awesome suggestions, and we had a delicious meal with great service. We live in New Orleans and we will be back!
Excellent service and food!
Tasted numerous choices and all were very good. Prepared with a delicate touch and filled with flavor, everything tired was delicious.
Best place for a pre-show dinner before heading to the Saenger. Food is always fantastic.
We have dined at Domenica many times but it seems as though they’ve upped their game!! It was wonderful!! Our waitress, I believe her name was Jasmine, was the best waitress we’ve ever had there. Just go! You won’t be disappointed. And ask for Jasmine:)
Wonderful lunch! Service was excellent, food was spectacular and the meal could not have been any better. Cheese board was a perfect appetizer. Squid Ink pasta is a must try! Highly recommended and a stop you will not regret!
Pizza was delivered before salad and was sent back
Server not as attentive as he should have been 😜
We had the kale and caulifower for starters and they were amazing. My only complaint was the pepperoni on the pizza didn't taste like pepperoni. It had a gamey taste and we had to pull it all off. My mushroom pasta was delicious and the service was perfect.
Dominica is by far my favorite place to go. We always have amazing service and a great time. The food and wine is always top notch. Can’t wait to go back
Great time with friends
My husband took a charcuterie platter.
The pate was not good. I am from Europe so it was disappointing. The spicy chorizo type thing was Also disappointing.
Speck was good.
My dish was good. ( tagliatelle with rabbit sauce). The bread was disappointing.
The polenta would make Italians laugh! I am 1/2 Italian and I thought it was more grits then polenta.
Good taste but not the right consistency
Overall I would not return.
We had a family dinner there tonight and a great time. Even our 2 year old felt rigt at home and loved his pizza.
Excellent food and service. Everyone on the team went above and beyond to ensure me and my family was taken care of! We will be back!!
One of my favorite restaurants. We go there every time in NOLA! Everything is amazing - you must go there.
Great food and service. Try the cauliflower.
The restaurant was freezing cold. When our food arrived, it was cold. Also, it was overpriced. Our waiter was on top of us prior to the food arriving, but once the food was dropped off, we never saw him again, so we couldn't even ask to have our food heated up. The entire party left feeling unsatisfied and disappointed.
The Happy Hour is the best!
Excellent quality and service. The team was wonderful.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in New Orleans. The black squid pasta is AMAZING and a must. This may not be your typical restaurant to try when visiting but this is a must in my book.
Food was excellent as was the service. Overall terrific experience.
Food was just ok. Nothing special. The chicken was the best but so big it will feed 2 people. Service was good and they got us out on time. Great location to eat before a visit to the Sanger theatre.
Great service and good food.
Food was very good, but what's more important is the staff. If you go and don't get Corey as your waiter, you've wasted your trip...
