It is great to have as many menu options as is found at Dolce Vita Ristorante but it is quite literally never ending as Franco is more than happy to prepare special requests as well. However, tweak a dish or come up with something else if you must, but it’s a good bet that something on the extensive menu will more than satisfy. A couple notable options are the vitello Grand Marnier (veal sautéed in orange liqueur) and rack of lamb in an amazing Barolo wine sauce with rosemary.

    Terrible. There are so many wonderful places to enjoy a meal in the north end. Be sure to visit them, and not this location.

    Despite having a reservation and arriving on time, we still had an extended wait for a table. We were seated near the door and the people waiting to be seated were standing right next to us obscuring any view of ambiance we might have had. Once seated the service was terrible. They totally forgot to bring our food and once it arrived, it was cold and flavorless. This is one restaurant I will not be visiting again!

    Service was terrible. There was no hostess, which is bad enough, but it was Saturday at prime dinner time with no hostess. Food was very sub-par. Waiter was rude.

    Disgraceful service and incompetent operation when it comes to reservations. No one to greet us No one interested in knowing we had arrived No acknowledgement of our reservation Never served. Ended up having to leave to another restaurant as we never were sat/served. Will never book again or return to restaurant. Not sure how this restaurant is in business. Will make sure we let all our friends know to avoid this restaurant. Shameful.
