The lobster ravioli was in a light lobster bisque sauce which was delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly. Our server was so professional and courteous. We could not have had a better experience. We definitely will be returning.

We go to dinner at Dolce every couple of weeks. Always an awesome experience the staff Silvania our waiter Renee are the best. We have had almost every dinner on the menu and have been extremely pleased. Our favorite restaurant at Ocean Casino Resort.

We were having dinner before attending a show. An entire hour went by after we ordered our entrees and during that time we only received our appetizers. We had to go to the show & skip the entrees. MAJOR LET DOWN!!! We will not go back to this restaurant.

I wouldn't recommend this place unless you have a few hours to eat which we did not and told our server as soon as she came to our table. Food was very good but that's about all. Service was horrendous and it appears the servers are so sold on themselves because they are working at Dolce Mare that they couldn't care less about their guests. Before we ordered anything, we asked our waitress if we had sufficient time for both appetizers and entrees given that we had tickets for an 8:00 P.M. show. She told us that if we were ready to order everything at one time, we shouldn't have a problem. Our drinks came to our table in about 15 minutes and appetizers came to our table in about another 15 minutes. After we finished our appetizers and our plates were cleared, we thought we were doing good since it was only 7:30 P.M. At approximately 7:40, our server informed us that our meals would be out in "4 minutes." Unfortunately, our food did not arrive until sometime between 7:50 and 7:55 and not all at once. The plates were hot so we assumed that they were sitting on either a warming tray or under heat lamps. Since there were food runners, this should not have been the case. Also, we didn't see our server again until she presented the check after the food was served. I quickly paid the checked and after we basically inhaled our food, we left the restaurant at 8:00 P.M. Also from looking around the restaurant, we weren't the only table having issues with slow service.
