   Our meals were accidentally given to another table so service was very slow. My veg was warm, not hot, and the fries were so hard I could not get my fork tine through them. We were eventually comped our two glasses of Prosecco.

   We visited to celebrate a friend’s birthday, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. From start to finish, the service was extremely slow. We were told the delays were due to a new system, but that shouldn’t excuse the lack of attention we received. After being seated, we waited over 20 minutes just to place our order and had to flag down multiple staff members before someone finally took it. The same issue occurred when it came time to pay, the bill took over 30 minutes to arrive, again requiring us to ask several people for help. While we understand that system changes can create challenges, they shouldn’t come at the cost of basic customer service. The delays and lack of coordination took away from what was meant to be a joyful celebration, leaving us disappointed overall.

   Best seafood ever. Our hostess was gracious. There was a delay in food delivery due to new system they were using but at the end they were genuine and took care of us visiting from San Francisco!! Great view and food..

   Very quiet Mon at the restaurant with lots of staff on and we were celebrating our anniversary. We ordered scallops as an appetizer and two salads as the main course. It took 1.5 hrs for our meal to be served. For $24.00 we received 3 scallops as a starter. Both the salads were good but quite spicy so we had to wave the waiter down for water. We then had to wave the waiter down to get our bill. Part of our bill was with gift cards which the waiter had difficulty understanding and I had to correct him to finally have them accepted… all in all a very average experience . Not recommended for a special occasion. The waterfront view was great.

   There were constant complaints of tables sitting by my side and bugs flying server lara was rude, she did not take any measures to take care of the bugs flying inside. She in fact told us to take care of them or she can change where we are seated. One server very kind was trying to help but my date killed the bug for two tables. Thats what we paid for? We waited an hour for food. No sense of discipline food was not tasty at all. Took forever. Paid over $100 for god knows what when you might as well do the dishwasher yourself too. Shame on this place

   Really below average food, poor menu selection and expensive prices. I should have known as soon as we walked in and the only other patrons on a Friday night were all white haired…

    I love Dockside because of the ambience, food and service. I always take out of town guests there and we are never disappointed. 😢
