    Breakfast potatoes were not cooked all the way, the wet lemon pepper wings were flavorless, we only saw our waiter only twice. We ordered bottomless mimosas but only received 2 and was still charged for it. Never going here again.

    Went to dinner for my birthday and the service was great. Food was good and came out quickly. Server was nice and had really good customer service. My fiancé and I will definitely be visiting again!!!

    I have been hearing about this place on TikTok and finally decided to try it. I went for Sunday brunch. Walking up to it, it looked like it was closed, but they were open. The inside is dark. Even with the pink and green accents, it's dark, but they have some good selfie spots. Good music. I was seated right way. It wasn't very crowded. After I was seated, no one came to take my order until 20 mins. later. They did offer free shots as an apology. For a place that charges an automatic 18% gratuity, that service needs to be on point. It took a bit for the drinks and food to arrive. This place does not disappoint on the drinks. The food was good, but the presentation could be better to match the ambiance of the restaurant. I paid $7 for 2 slices of bacon $10 for a small plate of eggs and $18 for 4 slices of french toast...The food was good, but iHOP is cheaper. Would I go back? Probably not, but if you are out celebrating a birthday and you want to turn up with some good drinks and apps, this is probably the place to be.

    Very pretty inside food was great the hostess and waitress was very friendly the only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star because of the wait I booked reservations for 8pm get there a little before 8 to be told I had to wait 25 minutes that 25 turned to 30 minutes then that was another 5/8min wait what was the point of me booking reservations to still wait !!!

    A time was had. I had my birthday dinner here with a party of 12. An extra person came and we made space. The food and drinks took a while but it was also 6 other parties doing on at the time. The noise level was expected in the area we were in. Not unbearable. My witness was great. She was on her job. The food was ok. I had better but it was enjoyable. The ambiance was phenomenal. We took so many pics all through their restaurant. The regular drinks was stronger than the Scorpio drink to me. I would say get regular cock tails and martinis. I would definitely return. Thank you so much.

    The restaurant was very beautiful and colorful. They were currently decorated for their Christmas season and it was so adorable. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Our waiter, Rocky, was amazing. She was very approachable and down to earth. Her service was immaculate. She checked on us enough without it being overwhelming. She was always aware of the status of our food and drinks. She always made sure to keep us updated without it being overwhelming. The food was very delicious. I got the Bourbon BBQ lollipop lamb chops and they were just as you could imagine. Seasoned well and cooked to perfection. My boyfriend got the ribeye and said it was also cooked to perfection. I would definitely recommend going. I plan to go back soon myself.

    So I was neverous after seeing mixed reviews. We did an early reservation for a birthday dinner. Our evening was perfect. This place is a whole vibe from the ambiance and food to the music and service. Our waitress, Jessica, was great and attentive. The food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks, except the rice - it was a bit hard. Get the ferris wheel for dessert. I will definitely dine here again.

    The waitress was short and didn’t accommodate like the waitress at my son’s table. The food for three of my guests was either cold or wasn’t tasteful at all. It’s a beautiful place maybe more for a child’s first date or birthday. Just not for me.

    Restaurant has very nice decor. Very picturesque. Nice vibe. Parking is interesting only because it’s downtown. Can not see restaurant from the street. Located next to Hard Rock Cafe. Only issue Would recommend. Food was good

    I probably wouldn’t come back. The food was average and a bit overpriced. Maybe new cooks will do, the food was very bland. The lobster Mac and cheese had way too much cheese. The host wasn’t very welcoming and should reconsider her position. The drinks were ok, still overpriced.

    Great ambiance, table service pretty good, bar slow.. food ok..we had shrimp and grits, Lamb chops and tin can nachos. Drinks took 20 minutes to receive..Martinis are best served in chilled glass all drinks were room temp. If u like your drinks on sweet side this is your place.

    This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I went for my birthday and made reservations for 5:30 we were seated until 6:15. So we waited at the bar until then. The drinks were overpriced and the bartender wasn’t friendly at all. When were finally seated the wait for long yet again. Myself and my friend both had the shrimp and supposedly lobster tail inside of the pineapple ( I can’t remember the exact dish name). However the food was subpar as there were only four shrimp and the lobster was really nonexistent; overall it consisted of rice instead of a pineapple. We mentioned it to the waiter and he could’ve cared less very unprofessional. Horrible! We rushed through eating what we could and finished our watered down drinks out front of the restaurant. My friend was so upset that he didn’t even want to sit inside any longer. Overall I give this 0/10. Save your money and go elsewhere.

    Had the shrimp and grits. It was ok, for me. Also took longer to come out and not with the other persons food. I went the day before and I also tried the chicken and waffles (red velvet) amazing! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would return.

    First, the ambiance is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. The staff greeted us as soon as we walked in and was very professional. Our waiter was awesome too and attentive and to put the icing on the cake...the food was excellent!!

    I was sooooo excited for a super modern restaurant at the Baltimore harbor! But was extremely disappointed with the service from beginning to end. And honestly the food wasn’t all that good either. We waited for about 15 mins up front before someone even coming to check us in, by the time they did there was a whole line behind us of people just waiting. After we sat our waitress was nice, but not attentive it took almost an hour before she came back after appetizer to take our meal order. This restaurant seems to be poorly ran by management, our waitress was nice and you could see she was working but in an unorganized fashion. Won’t be coming here again for a long time. Or ever.

    The food was average and def over priced. The ambience was very welcoming and chill. However, one waiter just wouldn’t stop talking to us while eating like sir let me eat. The food came out quick and it was hot. They kept forgetting things but that’s no big issue my table was full of picky eaters. I will def come back and try a few other things on the menu.

    Docks is instagrammable but the food and service were lacking during my visit. I made reservations for 7:30 for 6 persons. We waited 30 min to be seated even though we arrived at 7:20. The food came out rather quickly but we had no drinks. Drinks were served after the meals had been eaten. The server removed the charges for the drinks, but my guests were not pleased. It's hard to he understanding when tables around us received their drinks. The lamb lollipops were fatty. The asparagus was mushy. The mashed potatoes were very good.

    Went to the Docks to have some birthday drinks and dessert. This was my first visit. The site use to be Dick’s Last Resort. We had a reservation for 7 but when we arrived they said it would be a 30 min wait even with a reservation. We ended up sitting at the bar and never left the bar. Our table ended up being available about 30-40 mins later. I enjoyed myself though due to the bartender, I believe his name was Justin, he was very attentive and made a special bday shot for me with the sparkler and all. We had the Apple pie and fried Oreo desserts and they were both yummy. I will come back to try the food.

    The prices were fair honestly for the exceptional service we recieved. I have definitely been to other restaurants where I've paid more and not had a good a time. Our waitress Ashley was AMAZING. She did everything she could to make sure we felt taken care of and wanted for nothing. I would absolutely recommend this place, the decor is gorgeous.

    Upon making a reservation, my party arrived and were promptly seated by an energetic hostess. She provided us with menus. We were greeted by a server who was subpar at best. The server continued to engage using profanity throughout the exchange. It was unprofessional and uncomfortable to say the least. My party and I ordered a variety of small plates (appetizers, entrees and sides). Our food arrived in increments. We requested an update from the waitstaff and was given an apology but no update on the arrival of our additional meals. The waiter continued to return to our table offering an apology but still no food. We requested a manager after the third visit of "apologies". When the manager, Albert arrived at our table, he was NOT hospitable or remorseful by far. His interaction was smug and dismissive. He offered us a "Lemon drop" shot of alcohol as compensation; however I do not drink and did not feel like that was a comparable gesture for the inconvenience we endured. I requested to obtain the information for the corporate office and was told immediately, "I AM CORPORATE." I promptly stated that I no longer wanted to continue the interaction with him and would rather leave a review for the general public to discontinue patronizing an establishment that treated patrons as such. Albert continued to argue with us about our experience and decided to conclude the conversation by stating, well since we were going to leave a negative review, he wasn't going to do ANYTHING to rectify the poor service or the delay in food service and walked off from the table. I would not recommend this restaurant. There are plenty of other options in the vicinity that provide better customer service and will afford a positive interaction when consumer complaints arise.

    I never write negative reviews or any at all. But unfortunately I needed to. I made a reservation days ago and found this restaurant on social media. From multiple posts, the food and drinks looked good. My boyfriend and I traveled here out of state and was excited to try it here. I had to pay for parking which was expected and when we first went into the restaurant, it was a lot louder than we expected for a typical dining experience. However, it was okay since we had a reservation. We got sat at a table and it was very unstable. Then we were sitting waiting to get greeted by a server but no one came over even to ask if a server has visited us. Working in the restaurant industry, I understand being busy but we were sitting there for over 15 mins while other employees walked by and check in on other tables. We left because we didn't know how much longer it was going to be. It was a let down because the options of food looked good but also had to pay for parking for basically walking.
