This was my second time eating here for dinner and I give it a 10/10!! The food is amazing and I love the ambiance!

This is my first time here, I figured that I’m going to a restaurant that has a little bit more of an upscale touch to it not just in the prices, but if you guys gonna serve high-quality food, at least have a high-quality air unit circulating in the whole restaurant because the front entrance was totally hot for it to be considered a waiting room to be seated and the portable fan was definitely not enough. It was blowing even more hot air! They even had black house curtains to separate the restaurant and the entrance which was wild! My service wasn’t where it should be at all. I had Emma as my server and She was very sweet, but not attentive and wasn’t able to provide me her full service. I’m not sure if she had a lot of other tables or working on a big party but I can count on one hand how many times I’ve been asked can I get a refill of ice water or Napkins!! Poor service but required 18% gratuity plus 3%surcharge! The lava shrimp was gorgeous and taste and look good on the plate. I also have some salmon sliders with no bacon. I was eating more bread than salmon. That’s for sure and they forgot my side mashed potatoes. I just told the front end manager don’t even add it to my tab. It’s been over 10 minutes and that’s how long she hasn’t came back to my table to make sure that everything was there as requested!

Great ambience and experience. Food was good and service was spectacular! The drinks are not that strong but taste great. Reservations are a must because they are booked weeks in advance. I would also note that on the day I went (6/27) the air was out - which is why there is a lower rating for the overall score. I would definitely go again!

We had a reservation and the hostess said there was a 20-30 minute wait because the kitchen was busy. I asked could we be seated and have water because the air wasn’t functioning properly. We waited about 15 minutes before we were seated. The restaurant wasn’t fully booked and the bar was half empty. It took the bartender about 25 minutes to make the drinks because she was talking to two guests. When we were able to order food it came out warm, almost cold. I was afraid to ask for it be heated and we waited on silverware. We had to put ice cubes in the drinks we ordered because it was so warm in the building. I had to use my personal fan I keep in my purse, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to stay at dinner. Gnats also swarmed us once our food came out. I’m pretty sure a lot of food safety measures are not being enforced. Manager looked disheveled and overwhelmed. She needs help from the owner.

Beautiful establishment. That’s it. That’s all. Appetizers took over 1.5 hrs to come and it was nasty. Then drinks were not good either. No one finished their food at the other tables either. Super hot inside as well. Wanted to love it.

For the price of the menu the atmosphere is extremely loud- the bus boys walk through the dining room with their pants sagging, hats backwards, tubs full of dirty dishes in and out. At least bring an empty tub back to the dining room. The bartenders look like they’re about to go work out. The food is just ok. We were charged for a red velvet waffle which was a regular waffle with food coloring. It’s extremely loud in the dining room, you’d expect a more intimate setting for it to be reservation only. Our server was great though and extremely attentive to our needs.

Food was ok, took a long time. Very stuffy because the air wasn’t working evidently. You can’t not have AC in Memphis when it’s 95 degrees. The Dijon tartar sauce was delicious.

It was VERY hot and their AC is broken, which would have been nice to know prior to sitting down BUT the manager did compensate and the service was A1!

Docks off 5th was a great place to grab brunch. I had an 11am reservation and was seated shortly after arrival. The food was good and so were the drinks. The ambiance and music were great! Katie was our waitress and she was very sweet. The only things slightly not great are that it may be a little dim for some and the area I sat in was a little warm.
