   Great food, had the arancini balls, lamb shoulder and chocolate marquise. Service was absolutely outstanding, water regularly topped up, didn't wait long for food, and empty dishes promptly cleared. Managed to easily finish three courses within one and half hours, starting at 5pm, so that could attend 7pm show at the convention centre.

   We had 15 minutes to gulp down our food after waiting 60 minutes for it to arrive - we were attending an event at the Convention Centre and didn't anticipate a long wait like this on a Wednesday night. Really frustrating given the food is expensive and quite nice so should be savoured. I'd give them a second chance if they acknowledged this or apologised but they couldn't care less, despite knowing we were heading to a show. It was sort of bizarrely rude given we'd politely asked where our food was twice at the 45 and 55 minute mark!

   We were asked for still or sparkling water and charged 6 dollars for water, food quality and fee was way too expensive for what was received, we didn't want dessert and were made to feel bad for that from the server. I'd not go back or recommend this. Also we booked and had to wait at the front desk for ages

    Very disappointing. Not our first visit so we are repeat business - especially for pre theatre when there is an event at the adjacent MCEC. Booking made for a 90 minute seating to be out of the restaurant by 7:15 to give us time to walk next door. We arrived on time, in fact a little early. Reminded that we were pre-theatre and needed to be finished and leaving by 7:15. Entree was quite prompt, then a long wait, then the disappointment set in. at 6:45 we asked the team member who appeared to be the floor supervisor who made radio contact with the kitchen, said the mains were ready and disappeared. Next seen at the other end of the area, serving others. at 7:05 we asked another team member who was able to bring the meals out, and it was clear that one had been ready for a while - it was hot, so was the plate, and it was dry. We did get the opportunity to speak to the team member who appeared to be the floor leader and asked what happened, her answer "obviously they weren't ready". That would have been good to know before she went off to serve others, and better than that, for the dining standard, our expectation was to learn what had been done to speed things along, especially as it was a pre-theatre booking with an "out by 7:15" message, which to use, meant we should have been seeing our main course by about 6:45 - 1 hour after we arrived and promptly ordered.
