   First time visiting, went for a quick lunch and our server Savannah was very nice and extremely helpful with helping us decide what to try. We went with the Wok out bowl, Turkey burger and coleslaw and for the appetizer housemade guacamole with sweet potato chips. Everything was delicious.

   The food was good but the floors were so slippery. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I mentioned to staff and they agreed and told us management is aware which is pure negligence.

   Great food and service. As usual. Hokusai and Tyler greeted and seated me. Kyle was my lead server and Emily helped. Others, including managers, stopped to check how things were. Thank you Doc B’s and Crew!

    We are never disappointed by this place and this time was outstanding service in addition to great food. Our desert was not available, Michael the manager came to our table to apologize and offered another choice, on the house. We took their fabulous chocolate cake. As we were leaving the ice cream sandwich that we initially ordered had arrived and Michael just gave it to us to take home. You cannot beat that. Thank you Michael!!

    Nate was my server and bartender. He was fun, energetic and extremely charismatic. I love a server who makes you want to be at the restaurant and makes you want to go back. Thank you Nate!

    I always go for the panko chicken sandwich with pickles and coleslaw. The sweet potato fries are always delicious. It does get a little noisy in there though the noise sometimes adds to the energetic atmosphere. It's a great place for an always reliable lunch.

    Excellent service from Brendan. Guided us well. Nicely apologized that matzo ball soup had 30.minute wait - which I had my heart set on. (Although so weird!).

    Doc B's was recommended to us by a Waldorf Astoria employee. We were so excited to try it because his other recommendations were fantastic. Unfortunately we did not have the same experience. The one good thing I have to say is that the shrimp cocktail was very good. The burger on the backyard burger was dry. The service started great but ended on a bad note. We ate our food without anyone checking on us to see how things were going.

    Our service person rushed us the minute we sat down. Our reservation was at 1pm. She was non-personable, never smiled, made us feel we were bothering her. We asked her immediately if there was a time limit on the table because me and my friend hadn't seen each other in several months ~ we wanted to visit as well as enjoy our meal. She replied there was no limit and no rush for the table to me finished. We had to ask for beverage refills each time. Her attitude was a downer for us. BAD SERVICE = okay food despite how good it really may be. Service effects the entire dining experience.

    I had the best experience, from entering the restaurant until leaving. The food and drinks were great. I’ll definitely come back to Doc’s for Happy Hour, Monday through Friday, 4pm until 6pm. Those drinks, especially the Vodka were delicious and not watered down.

    The waitress was genuinely friendly and efficient.. my hamburger ordered medium was cooked overly well done, but the french fries were great. Also get thought they gave a great pour on the wine.

    So pleased with our first-time dining experience here. We arrived early and the host was happy to accommodate us and seat us early. Our server, Kyle, could not have been more helpful, timely and enjoyable to talk with. My 95-year-old Dad is in a wheelchair and he enjoyed the BBQ ribs. We'll be back!

    A quiet Sunday lunch. Noah was a great greeter, and seated me promptly. Savannah, as always, delivered superb, attentive service. Supported by other staff, including the manager, Gillian.     After sitting in a mostly empty restaurant for over 30 min and having our server come by 2 times, once to take our drink order and the second time to drop off the drink, we left cash on the table to cover the drinks we ordered and left….. I wonder if it took him another 30 min to realize we left. He greeted other tables, got their food, spent a solid 10 min trying to figure out how to ring in something into their system, never even told us his name. Oy! We’ve gotten used to average to below average service post Covid but this was No Service. We aren’t sure how this place has such a good rating. 🤦🏻‍♀️

    The quality of the food has gone downhill! Ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. The fries were soggy & cold. The burger had no flavor at all. I was extremely disappointed & do not recommend.

    I usually have great service. This time, however; we were not checked on enough, offered refills, or asked about our check in an appropriate amount of time. Also- we had to ask for silverware.
