Doc B's is an outstanding restaurant and bar. Found out about it while in Chicago. Couldn't wait to get back to try it out again. Service is fantastic and food it just as good. After you finish your meal, you can stay and spend some time at the bar. Noticed they had a great selection of bourbon.
As always, great dining experience. Food delish, and staff friendly. One of my favorite lunch spots!
It was just a great meal. We had appetizers - candied bacon and guacamole with sweet potato chips - both were very good! Three of us got the knife and fork Cobb salad. We all loved it. The 4th person got a wok bowl and liked hers as much as we did ours. Our waiter was just right- attended us but left us alone.
Nice lunch with a friend for a thank you for taking care of our place while gone.
I’m guessing prices have gone up? Two salads 38.00 & 1 tea. With tip 55.00.
I think that’s pretty expensive.
This was our second time here. The food is really good. We stopped by before a TCU game and our server was nice and did a great job. I love that they have gluten free options on their menu, including buns for their burgers. Their salads are large and very good and fresh. We even noticed them advertising at the TCU so thank you for supporting TCU football!
Carlos was an excellent server and the food was delicious!!
With reservations we were seated in the bar, which was lode and crowded. Was never seated there any other time. Very disappointed.
Great place and ni e variety of food!
We had Andrea as our waitress last night and she was awesome! She knew how to be attentive but not hovering and the food was great, as usual. If you have not, you must try the Brussel sprout salad!
AC leaked onto us and our table the entire time
Service was good, food was mediocre
Went to celebrate my BFFs birthday and it was perfect!
Food and service were excellent!!
Orders were not right this time. Asked for bbq grilled shrimp with salad. Received cold shrimp in salad. Cocktail sauce would be better than bbq. Also, Ask to substitute salad with slaw on steak dinner, but got salad anyway.
Disappointed with this visit on Sunday.
The candied bacon is a must and grilled artichokes were delicious. I will definitely go eat there again.
Had a great dinner with family celebrating my mom's birthday! Started with candied bacon (excellent), entrees were very good with lots of flavor, finished off the night with key lime pie which was the perfect sweet whip cream & tart pie but so refreshing.
The food was really good. My drinks could have been better but I would go back!
We both ordered sandwiches - Number Six and a Cheeseburger both with sweet potato fries
Everything was delicious
Reliably good food and excellent service, but pricey.
Fantastic dinner to celebrate sending of our TCU daughter. Couldn’t have asked for a better evening. Food was fabulous, service outstanding. We will be back!
Drinks are expensive. My drink tasted watered down
Yummy food and wonderful cocktails! We also loved our waitress Callie! Also, the location is everything! We love Clearfork!
Our server was very knowledgeable the menu and was courteous by allowing our table to have conversation with little interruption but did keep us supplied with drinks throughout the meal.
Our experience was excellent. Food was superb.
Only critique was we had a reservation for inside restaurant and we were seated in the bar area. Much noisier for a date night dinner. The wait staff were very good.
Two women and a small child were a bit loud in the booth behind us. Odd place for a 9 yr old.
We will be back.
Prompt and attentive service. Fresh and aesthetically pleasing food. Potent drinks as well!
Our waitress was attentive and very nice. The food was good! I always enjoy the guacamole and homemade chips and a salad. However, we received the wrong salads and even once I brought it to the attention of the waitress who delivered the salads she said that was what we ordered based on the “position” we were sitting and the orders were placed.🤔 However, our actual waitress eventually made it right. Every time we visit this location we have a great time and enjoy our meal but there seems to be a fly or gnat problem. We had little bugs flying around our table again. We were at the booth right by the bathroom.
Wonderful! One of our favorite spots in FW. The food, atmosphere and service are all wonderful!
The server was training another and was doing a great job. They both were very engaged and available throughout the meal. Wonderful service. Food quality was very good and fresh, enjoyed the experience. We will absolutely return.
Our waiter was completely awful and inattentive. My sweet potato chips and salmon were cold. They threw a fit to take it back and at least put it in a microwave to warm up. ESPECIALLY since my plate was $32!!! I used to love this place but the bald male caucasian man was HORRIBLE!!!
The portions were large, but nothing we had really excited our tastebuds. The food is pricy as well, so therefore we would just give the food an average rating.
Great food, service, atmosphere and location. Highly recommend!
I made a special request prior to dining for either a booth or a corner. I am hard of hearing and have learned from experience that such positioning creates the best conditions for hearing. I was quite pleased when I arrived to see a booth that was held open specifically to fulfill my request!
The food was delicious. The timing of service was superb. We had a wonderful visit that was unhurried and uninterrupted unnecessarily. I was most appreciative!!
The food is very fresh and tasty, the wait staff is knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.
We eat at Doc B's at least monthly. We have never been disappointed!!!
WE were seated in the bar which was quite crowded and noisy..So noisy that we could not have any conversation. I asked the hostess, when we were seated, to put us either in the dining room ( which had 2 other tables of people ) or outside ( which had 2
tables of customers) and was refused she said due to lack of waitstaff..My husband had a chicken sandwich and glass of house wine and I had the house salad with chicken..both were mediocre to poor..Basically what we did was spend an hour and a half in a room that was too loud for any conversation, eating marginal food and paid $ 70 for the privilege.
Sat outside on patio. Restaurant needs to find a solution for the flies. Almost carried my plate away :-). Get a bug zapper or hang a fly strip somewhere out of site! This is why I gave a low ambiance rating.
Food was great as usual. Salsa for chips and salsa appetizer was nice and fresh. You’ll need to ask for more chips a couple times. Chicken Kebab plate is really tasty. Skewers are cooked perfectly, cilantro rice is excellent, and the Mediterranean salad is fresh and tasty. Likewise with Wokout Bowls, although we asked for one with no mushrooms and it came loaded up with mushrooms. Biggest disappoint was the Whiskey Smash drinks. I’ve had them in the past and they were REALLY GOOD. They have started to make them up in bulk and they are really no good. Can’t recommend them anymore. Watered down and tasteless.
The flies ran me off before I could enjoy an order of house made Oreo cookie ice cream. Unfortunate.
First time to try pretty good food
Food is always solid and Laura our server was fantastic! Thanks.
Doc B's is one of our favorite places, but we had no been there in a few months. It was reassuring to find the same quality and service levels we remembered. Consistency is key to the success of a restaurant like Doc B's, and our history with them, since shortly after they opened, indicates they can provide consistency on all fronts.
I thought the food was excellent! Great service and I’m so grateful I took the time to make a reservation through Open Table - the place was busy and we went straight to our table (no wait)!
Food was very good but on the pricey side.
