Dinner was superb! We’ve never had a steak so tender that you could almost cut it with a fork. Our service was outstanding, very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. We wanted to go there again for Valentine’s Day but they were already booked up. Would highly recommend this restaurant!!!

They have the best dry aged beef on the island unfortunately the rest of the menu does not run in the same line of quality. I had the fresh catch of the day asian Style and it tasted like a salt bath.

Excellent steak & seafood pasta!

Overall great place for a date night and for good food. Seated quickly with a reservation and timing of food coming out was consistant as there was minimal time between having food and not having food. Steak was amazing medium rare porterhouse and will be coming back again some time soon!

Let me start by saying this was my third trip to DK. The first two were great which is why I came back for the 3rd time with my wife and son. My third trip not so good, but it was more about how my server acted. I think his name was Alex. don't get me wrong he was very polite. what I didn't like was how he handled the situation after I was brought a bad steak. I got the 14oz strip medium rare which it was but there was way too much burnt sear on the outside of the steak. I was ok with that but what was absolutely not acceptable was my steak showed up with a pc of plastic still stuck to the side which means the plastic was stuck on the steak while it was cooking. I called my server to the table to show him the steak. The first thing out of his mouth should have been an apology followed by let me take that back and get you a new steak. Instead we asked me if I wanted a new steak or I was ok with the one I had. shouldn't of even been a question. he should have just taken the steak back. instead he just took the pc of plastic and left the steak. so I guess his easy way out was to offer a dessert and offer it for free. so he brought me a dessert and when I got the check I was being charged for the dessert. After I said something he brought me a new check with the dessert at no charge, but that was only after I said something. I felt like he thought of myself and my family were tourist and it didn't matter because in a week we would be gone. My wife, son and I all live on the island and have for the last 3 years. I will take part of the blame in the fact that I should have asked for the manager. he struck me as a rookie server.

I ordered Fillet.That was taste Good! I always visit this restaurant.

The food was amazing! Especially the dry aged steak, it was so tender and juicy. The sides were delicious as well....but the drinks! Those were great and very strong. We left after eating an appetizer, our meals, and dessert and still left with a buzz! Overall a great place, I'm just bummed they are only in Hawaii

The caesar salads were fantastic. The baby romaine was tender and dressing tasty. My wife's NY sirloin was large, tender, perfectly cooked, and flavorful. My steamed Mahi Mahi and mushrooms were fresh, tasted great, but the serving of fish was tiny, incredibly small and disappointing. So, I'd recommend this place for steak, but if you order fish, be prepared for a small serving.

Steak was over-cooked

We had the aged steak which was fantastic are appetizer was amazing the shrimp in that appetizer was huge our crab cake was delicious and I can't remember the name of the third item it had some salad with a dried meat underneath with a sauce that was very good. Our waitress Gayle was very knowledgeable and helped us a lot with our menu choices would definitely go again and it was the best meal we had while we were in Oahu for the week!!

We always go to d.k.’s when we are on Oahu. This trip, we went there for a fabulous dinner twice!👍

Located within the Marriott, the ads promise a better experience than you get. This place really is nothing special, but, the prices reflect that, since they are lower than many Waikiki steak places. $170 for two people for three courses and drinks, before discount. Hotel guests, remember to tell them you are staying there to get a 25% reduction - they won't offer it. We were shown a sheet of specials, only to be told that of the four items, two were unavailable, as were a number of menu items. Not good for early on a Friday night.
We had booked an early table. That probably accounted for all the kids that were in the place. The ambience was upscale ChuckECheese with noise to match.
The seating in the booths comprises of wooden benches, which are not comfortable. At the end, when I said they needed to pad the banquettes, the woman at front desk said we should have asked for cushions. You should not need to ask for a cushion.

This is the place to go if you want a great steak!

It was reasonably priced but not great if you're a steak snob. I got the 30 day dry-aged bone-in ribeey medium rare and it was tough. The outer portions had a dry-aged taste but the inner portions much less so. The asparagus side was bland, the mushrooms are OK. The best was the bacon app, even better than Wolfgang's.

The food and service here are exquisite. Great lively venue inside or out.

Do you love steak? Then DK Steakhouse is the place for you. Service by Josh was great. 3 hours free validated parking, big plus for Waikiki. My husband had the 22 oz. 30-day dry aged bone-in rib eye. It was absolutely delicious, tender and juicy. I had the 8 oz. filet mignon my husband got the same items but paid for it (complete dinner add-on option). We had the banana cream parfait dessert and received a complimentary panna cotta (as we were celebrating a birthday). We rolled out with smiles and tummies content.

The steaks are always outstanding and we plan our date nights around Dk's at least 3x's a year. We love the ambiance and the service is exceptional. However, we noticed that the escargot was different than what we've had in the past at Dk's. They are not as buttery or garlicy so we were disappointed in that. Lots of cheese though if you're a cheese lover. That's the only reason why I did not give the food an outstanding rating.

We made reservations through open table & was a half hour early though they took us anyway, as it wasnt very crowded. We requested an outside table and there wasnt much of a view but the ambiance was great. Our waiter was cool too and made some recommendations. I chose the asparagus salad with the beans & potatoes and it was fabulous. This is how high class gourmet cooks make their specialties. Our main entree was the rib eye steak & jumbo saute shrimp and it was the best I tasted. It was a nice night out to go into Waikiki and have a great dinner. Highly recommend!

Excellent food and great staff. The servings were plentiful and the ambiance was quiet. We will definitely return and also recommend to our friends.

I had such an amazing dining experience at Dk’s. Every dish we had was exceptionally delicious! The service was great, and I can’t wait to go back again soon!

Food and service were lovely, good value. Not necessarily the romantic intimate experience we had hoped for.

I was shocked with the fact that they used white thin paper on the table. They only changed the paper for the new customers. It's my first experience to see it at such steak houses.

Was our last night in Hawaii and what a fabulous finish! Our waiter Josh was outstanding, super personable and knowledgable. The wine he recommended was top notch with the steaks! Thank you for a lovely last night!

The food was amazing. Beyond what we expected. What made our experience even better was our server, David. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, shows that he cares and is happy to be there. Overall, we had a great time. It was also our first time there, and we definitely plan to return in the future.

We considered several of the big name steakhouses in the area but decided to give this one a try and are glad we did. It is in the Marriott resort but not run by the hotel. We found the prices very reasonable. The outdoor seating is a single strip of tables along the perimeter so very private and nice but limited. We saw two and four top tables. You can reserve outside specifically.
Our table of four ordered the pork chop complete dinner, boneless ribs complete dinner, strip steak ala carte and dry aged ribeye ala carte. Caesar salad split, wedge salad and au gratin potatoes.
Be mindful of not ordering too much since the meat portions are huge. Cooking temperatures are on the light side so my medium was hot pink center with nice sear. They offer specialty preparations with temperatures which we heard people ordering and a wide variety of sauces and butters. My husband enjoyed my “regular” steak over his dry rubbed.
This was our last night and we just wanted “meat and potatoes” so can’t say anything about dessert or the huge selection of sides. The wine list was very nice. They offer a $40pp three course of steak, potatoes, dessert which was popular at the bar.

We will definitely visit again.
