DiVino Ristorante Italiano
The decor at DiVino is a unique mix of European tradition and modern style. The walls are decorated with custom framed photographs of Florence specially taken for the restaurant.
DiVino offers a full bar with top shelf liquors, wines and cocktails crafted by our talented mixologist. In accordance with the rest of the restaurant, the bar's decor is one very modern of Italian style like you would find in Florence.
So delicious! We were there for brunch and had a lovely time. Staff was wonderful. Can't wait to go back. Thank you so much for the care you take in treating your dining guests to a wonderful experience.
Service, food, the cleanliness, and the atmosphere was amazing. The mimosas were a bit pricey for the amount if champagne. There was no taste of champagne and it was basically just orange juice. The shrimp and grits were to die for, the espresso French toast was fantastic, and my friend had the crepes, I couldn't have asked for better food for brunch.
The Petruzzi family has done a wonderful job to create a lovely ambiance and, most importantly, great Italian food.
This was our first trip to Divinos, but it won't be our last. The restaurant is in the heart of Hammond's Ferry on the Savannah River, so parking can be an issue at times (we took Uber, so didn't have to worry with that).
The menu is traditional Italian - in fact, the owners and chef are from Florence, Italy - and was out of this world. My wife had the lasagna, and it was the best we've ever had. I had the seafood linguine and it was perfectly cooked, perfectly sauced, and more than ample proportions.
My only regret was I didn't try the 4 cheese ravioli special for that night, but then I would have missed out on the linguine!
This would be a great place for a special date night, anniversary (we were there for our 23rd), or something along those lines. Expect to spend more than you would at most other locations, but then you get what you pay for with this place.
We tried something new. It was delicious and can’t wait to go back. Lasagna yum.
Wonderful experience! Looking forward to our next visit.
Anniversary met with proseco and had a wonderful dinner
We sat outside and had a wonderful time! The food was amazing and the service was wonderful! I had the lasagna and my husband had the pork shank- we both loved both entrees. The dessert special was amazing. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and seeing the beautiful homes. The restaurant is a 5 minute walk from the Riverwalk, so it makes for a great date night!
Amazing authentic Italian food. Came here for an anniversary dinner and was thoroughly impressed. Would highly recommend and will comeback myself.
Perfect evening. Food and service were both beyond outstanding. Server Michael was
superb. Charcuterie starter was fantastic, Pork Shank was absolutely as good as it gets, Lasagna was delicious, wine was great, and the Cannoli were divine.
It was as if we were dining al fresco at a family cafe in Italy, and last year we were, so we know all about that. Great job Michael and great job DiVino. We'll be back again soon.
Dinner was amazing as usual. Staff is very knowledgeable of the wine and liquor list, the atmosphere is sophisticated and we felt safe with distanced tables. Great job Divino’s!
Easily the best lasagna I've ever had. Pasta is very good. Pork shank was very tender, literally fell off the bone.
Such a lovely place to sit outside
My son had burnt meatballs, fried hard. My dish was delicious. The other two adults didn’t care for their meals. The menu is small, service was excellent. The restaurant has a nice quiet atmosphere but the quality of food for the price just wasn’t there. I was hoping for a nice dinner out with the family but we all agreed we would rather have gone to another place.
Dear Chrissy, Thank you for visiting our establishment. We are really sorry to read about your experience. We wished your concerns would have been shared with your server and the manager when they checked on your table so we would have offered to remake the dish and fix the issue. We hope you will visit DiVino again to give us another chance to make you and your family happy! Sincerely, DiVino Ristorante Italiano
We went there for our anniversary dinner after hearing good reviews from some friends. It’s in a beautiful part of town and has a great menu, so we were expecting the ambiance to be equally as refined. At the prices they charge for wine and pasta, we were expecting a lot more from the atmosphere. The cheap restaurant seats, vinyl floors and lack of white table cloths was a bit of a let down. They have a tv in the corner playing scenes of Italy, but that was about it. The staff was unfortunately not very knowledgeable about the wine selection. For desert, we had the lava cake, and which was served solo on a plate like a leftover brownie. We had high hopes for the spot, but after a $200 dinner, we probably will not venture downtown to dine there again.
Dear guest, we are sorry about the way you felt regarding the atmosphere, please keep in mind the reservation was made for outside then changed to indoor when our main dining room was already full, that is why you were seated in our second dining room that we use for private parties and events. We hope you will give us another chance and we will be happy to accommodate you in our main dining room that is more upscale upon your request via Opentable or by phone. Sincerely, DiVino Ristorante
We had family visiting from out of town and wanted to treat them to a wonderful dinner.
The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly without overdoing !!!! We’ll definitely be back!!!
The service and staff where great, Well trained and knowledgeable about the specials and menu items. The food was amazing and came out in a timely manner. I had the lasagna ( that is the best in North Augusta). The owners and the manager came by to check on us. Everything is spaced out and I felt very comfortable dining in the restaurant.
We enjoyed brunch after our bike ride on the greenway. The Bloody Mary and shrimp and grits were excellent. We had an outdoor table which worked out fine for social distancing.
As always, the food was delicious and the service without equal. DiVino is our favorite restaurant!
Absolute the top places to eat in Augusta
We had a good meal and the service was excellent.
The service was wonderful! Very personable and welcoming!
This was our first time visiting DiVino Ristorante Italiano, and it will not be our last time! The authenticity was exactly what we were looking for. It is not like the franchise faux Italian restaurants. It is authentic Italian, and that is what we were looking for. The staff was absolutely amazing. We've added this restaurant to our list of favorites! I would definitely recommend DiVino Ristorante Italiano to anyone who loves authentic Italian food.
We had a wonderful time. The food is always delicious. Thank you
Amazing! Great service , great food , worth every penny
Fantastic service and great food. Definitely a great value.
We have dined here several time and have never had a bad meal. From the appetizers to the desert they are phenomenal. We will definitely be back.
This past week we had the lasagna, the Linguine ai frutti di mare and the tagliatelle with shrimp. When you think lasagna it hard not to be like “why eat this at a restaurant I can cook this at home”... Well I have never had a better lasagna in my life and I grew up in NY with Italian cooking everywhere. This lasagna has extraordinary flavors, it’s creamy but not mushy. I would go here just for that if nothing else. Now the other two are great but not as home cooked.
Always a pleasant experience. During COVID-19 they do an excellent job of keeping you safe!
Met family for brunch. Our a server Tyler could not have done a better job! Friendly attentive and his service was spot on!
Absolutely the best Italian restaurant I have been to in the south. Having the misfortune of living here, it is terribly difficult to find good food, but DiVino is a definite exception. One must go to at least as far north as Charlotte to find anything remotely comparable.
Impeccable service, delicious food, great atmosphere. 11/10.
Thought it was over priced. Food was decent but nothing to rave about. Will not go back.
Excellent service and excellent food! Everything we ordered was spectacular. Highly recommend the lasagna!
Loved the atmosphere and menu here. It’s in such a quaint neighborhood and the service was very prompt. Food was well made and presented. I would give them 5 stars but unfortunately the waitress did spill a mimosa on one of my friends. She was very apologetic so I won’t hold it against her but just mentioning it here of course. I wished they’d taken off the cost for the drink or something for that mishap but otherwise this place is great.
My wife had Lasagna and it was unique and good. Very rich, I had seafood pasta and the muscles and clams where shriveled so much the they almost disappeared, sauce was very thin like water so mine was not very good at all. The bread as not good and there was no oil and spice served, the restaurant feels very big like the inside of an office building instead of a nice romantic place to have a good Italian dinner.... was hoping for a good Italian place to eat and as usual for this area was disappointed. The service and the staff was excellent.
Delightful dinner at an outdoor table. Everything was enjoyable.
The new manager Daniel is fantastic. Can’t forget to mention the chef - great job with our appetizer, dinners, and oh my gosh the tiramisu was outstanding!
Italian margarita paired with steak is my absolute favorite
The entire experience was nothing less than amazing! The food was by far the best Italian food I’ve ever had anywhere and the staff was as pleasant and attentive as I’ve ever seen.
DiVino’s will definitely be our “go-to” place for Italian food and I would recommend this place to any and all of my friends!
delizioso come sempre!!!!!! as always delicious!!!!
Very nice, authentic Italian restaurant. The best in the CSRA. I will return.
