   The ambience and service was nice. Attentive staff, complementary lemon drop, and the mood was cozy yet cool. The food was not very good in our opinion. The burger had a strange Smokey aftertaste that was off putting, the halibut and carrots was better without the sauce on top, the Mac and cheese was fine and the crab cake was okay. We had the cookie and banana pudding for dessert but we wouldn’t order again.

   Had an amazing experience! From the food and wine list, to the service and entertainment. The motif and ambience; super sleek and sexy. Shar took care of our every need with an unforced smile and engaged with us in a way that solidified my decision to return very soon!

   I really wanted to enjoy this place. We walked in, the ambiance was beautiful. But unfortunately that’s where the positives end. It was not crowded at all. So the level service we received, was quite embarrassing. We started with ordering cocktails at our table. No one was at the bar. No guests, or bartender. It took 35 minutes just to get the drinks, and I HAD to ASK someone to grab them from the edge of the bar, as I saw them sitting there waiting to be delivered. THE MENU SHOULD PROBABLY INDICATE IF THINGS COME WITH BACON. - the salmon had bacon - the Mac and cheese had bacon None of which is mentioned on the menu The sautéed spinach was soggy Our waiter offered us dessert, and told us it would take 8 minutes. It was being baked. We sat there in conversation and eventually forgot about the cookie, only for him to come back to the table apologizing, that it would take 5 more minutes. By this time, the 3-4 tables of guest had cleared out. So why it was taking so long? Unexplained. It took 30 minutes for a cookie. We got the cookie and it was burnt. Wild. Overall - Everyone seemed hurried for no reason. Focused on cleaning off tables and fluffing the napkins , vs being attentive to the guests. I raised my hand like i was in school a few times, just to get someone’s attention. On a rainy, cold, Wednesday evening with majority of the tables empty, i definitely expected better food and better treatment. My first and last time dining here.

   The cocktails were pretty fancy and tasted good. We ordered the soup, steak frites, spinach and mac n cheese. The steak was decent, but overpriced for what it was. The fries were very basic. Mac n cheese tasted pleasant but was underwhelming. Average portion sizes. Overall the food wasn’t worth the price. The service was friendly but nothing special. The ambience was pleasant, very quiet, nice decor. Good for a date night but I think you can find better food for half the price

   The music was wonderful, the atmosphere is stunning, The service was terrible…! We waited for everything drinks, appetizers SLOW ! My cold lobster cocktail was not good at all the lobster was soggy, the meat was mush. Then came dinner my girls soup potato leek was terrible and they didn’t bring her a soup spoon ..? We had to ask for one. They forgot my asparagus. But my bone is fillet might have been the BEST I ever had 👊🏽  Too many misses for me to ever come back

   One of the worst experiences of my life they had us wait for over an hour for our table. Even having reservations two weeks out this was for me and my mothers birthday. We had asked about our food several time stating we had another event to go to after talking to two managers. We finally were able to get our food brought out to us only for my steak to be burnt to a crisp when asked to be medium rare. My moms lamb was purely all fat and no meat for 70$. My sister chicken was only bone. The only thing good about the spot was the interior design. They did comp our drinks off the bill which is appreciated but after waiting a total of almost two hours for food it made no difference for our not has been fully set back and ruined missing the rest of our plans.

   The building itself has a great vibe and the bartenders make great drinks……it quickly went down hill from there. The was service was awful. Our party of 6 got delayed food or missing drinks. We were not checked in on by our waiter. The bus gentlemen were more attentive and had better restaurant etiquette. We were in that place for 3.5 hours.. The food was absolutely disgusting. The NY strip was thin and mostly gristle. The twice baked potato was undercooked and to top it off the steak knife would not cut meat. It was laughable at that point. The manager did try to rectify the bad experience and gave us a discount. He was very king and pleasant and I really hope this place can succeed.

   The ambiance was really nice and the service and good compliments the restaurant. Derek was great although he served me a card, in fun. The food was really good as well and lite.

   We were flying in from out of town and our flight was delayed. We were going to miss our reservation at Divan. They accommodated us perfectly and we had an amazing meal! So yummy. And the wine list...don't get me started...amazing!

    Food and ambience were nice. Service needs improvement. We went on Mother's Day Sunday and it seemed they were very unprepared for the day. They were out of several items on the main, dessert and drink menus. Service was very slow. The main dishes came out at different times. The staff was nice and apologized for it, but still it was not the memorable experience I was hoping for.
