First but not the last time! The energy was welcoming. The vibes were immaculate. Food…chefs kisses. Drinks, lost count. I took my husband for Father’s Day not knowing what to expect but we both left extremely happy, satisfied and planning for our next visit. 100/10. Highly recommend.

I love this place. This is my first time visiting and I could live here!! I will definitely be back. Derrick is the most amazing waiter & The John Wesley Experience band was divine!!!!

Had a reservation at 915 was told to wait at the bar; host came and got us at 945/950 to which we just decided to stay at the bar. Service took a long time to make and were subpar and expensive

If they didn’t have it freezing in the place it would have been very nice but I had to leave due to the air blowing directly on me . Air is needed but not so your customers freeze.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 stars) We visited Divan to celebrate a birthday of my friend. The food was good, the drinks were on the pricey side. The service felt a very impersonal, and while we did order a dessert with a candle for the birthday, it was surprising that nothing complimentary was offered — something many other restaurants do for special occasions. The live music created a fun atmosphere, but it was quite loud, making conversation difficult. Overall, a stylish place with potential, but service and hospitality could be more thoughtful, especially for celebrations.

I bought 2 tickets for the banter supper club! Which was not honored, Very disappointing! The manager did not even come to our dinner table to acknowledge our presence & apologize! The rib-eye came cold… We did enjoy the entertainment and band… The experience was not worth a second visit!

The restaurant was not crowded, yet our server Miguel attentiveness was obsolete! We asked for a cup of ice and that took 3 reminders and about 20-30 minutes to receive. He probably checked on us once, my husband’s drink was long gone and he never asked us if we wanted any refills! Luckily for him there was an automatic gratuity associated with the bill or his tip would have been very reflective of his lackluster service on a not so busy Sunday🙃

Loved Divan! The food was amazing, every bite! It may be the best crab cake I have had in a very long time. I went on a Saturday and there was live music, the musician was great. The staff were so kind, friendly and attentive, we even chatted with a server that was not working our section because they exuded such joy and charm. The drinks were good, even the complimentary welcome cocktail. The price is high but we did not mind paying for such good food, service and ambiance. I am looking forward to going again!

Concierge/ Hostesses was very unfriendly, we were seated in front of the stage in the corner. I kindly asked for another table, at the the time there were plenty available. Concierge gave me a dirty look; them looked me up and down, made an unpleasant noise and walked away. As if I was bothering her. When she returned, again was very unpleasant. Leading us to the table looking back at us like we were crazy. Then upon leaving all 3 concierge employees completely ignored us… started bad and left bad! Now for the in between. Our sever and the rest of the wait staff were great. The food was excellent and the ambiance and music were great. My only issue was being treated poorly by the concierge. Left a bad taste in our mouths. Not sure if we will be returning. The bad thing is we live directly across the street. For spending $400 weeks should be treated friendly by everyone.
