Ditka's Restaurant, located in the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast between Rush & Michigan, is a Chicago Landmark. Ditka's has a decidedly understated sports motif, white linen table cloths, hardwood floors, intimate leather booths & rich mahogany wood accents. Known for Chops & Steaks including the signature dish "Da Pork Chop" along with a wide variety of fresh, sustainable seafood and contemporary American classics. The lunch menu is full of wonderful fresh salads, protein bowls & sandwiches including the "Best Burger in Chicago", the Fridge Burger. Service is approachable & friendly in a comfortable atmosphere. ASK FOR LAURIE!!! Service was outstanding! Laurie was attentive, professional, and personable! Our table of five had many questions about the menu and wine list and she nailed them all. The service from the kitchen to the table was prompt, ensuring all of our meals were hot. Sides were ample and tasty (should grill the asparagus though), but could’ve been hotter. I’m sure that had we complained, we would’ve gotten a new round.

It just happened to be a special occasion with out of town footballers, but Ditka’s is reasonable enough for everyday affairs.

I really enjoyed the restaurants atmosphere, food, cocktails the service at the bar was very welcoming. The check in was great the valet parking. The dinner was amazing from the appetizer to the dinner my group nothing was left on our plates. Food was fresh I will be back.

Great food, we had the special, blackened mahi mahi and lobster risotto. Food was only overshadowed by the service.

Valentines night special menu. We were seated in the bar, bit nosier then I prefer. She had the filet and lobster tail which was cooked perfect and tasted delicious! I ordered the ribeye and scallops combo. Scallops were perfect. Rib-eye was dense and tough, I ordered it rare and it came rare. Personally it was one of the worst rib eyes I have had and I eat them when ever I am at a steak house. Brought to the attention of the server when he finally asked how things were and was told he would let manager know. Manager never came by. On way out I asked manager if he told him of this and also explained my thought on the meat. He wasn't informed by the server. His response was to say sorry and hand me his card and tell me to text when I come next. Well he can wait for that text as Gibsons will get my steak business. Wake up management maybe this is why I could get a reservation at your restaurant and no place else. The Coach would be disappointed
