Ditka Hospitality is what makes our Restaurant so special. Setting the example himself,"Da' Coach" is in the restaurant most evenings, greeting and acknowledging his many fans and customers. The goal of the restaurant's staff is simply "to have our guests want to return."
Ditka's - Chicago Ratings and Reviews
Server was great, personable and always ready to offer recommendations. He talked me into the Banana Cream pie and I wasn’t even wanting dessert...but of course it is Banana Cream pie, so it didn’t take much convincing. So glad I got it, it was delicious. The whole meal was delicious, expect to pay more, but if you have a special occasion coming up then try Ditka’s.
Thank you, Diana, for making dinner so enjoyable. My Goddaughter was visiting Chicago from out of town. She is/was a patient at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and has very specific dietary restrictions. Without making big deal out of our concerns for her safety, you answered our questions and reassured us that her food would be prepared to meet her needs. I am SO thankful that Ditka's and you, Diana, went out of your way to ensure that we could have a special (it was her birthday) and SAFE meal. I would highly suggest that visitors and residents alike consider Ditka's as a fine dining option if they need servers and chefs that take into serious consideration the needs of select patrons! Kudos to all of you! Wendy
That sea bass dish was delicious. It hit the spot. Tell the chef thanks a million. I'm from Houston Texas and I'm glad I did the right choice to do my reservation ahead of time. Mike Ditka Restaurant is a great place to hangout and I will recommend my friends. Thank you and city of Chicago. Bought some souvenirs and can't wait to try his Bbq sauce.
I had a party of 5 and had a reservation but had to wait 25 minutes for a table. I ate at 2 other fine steakhouses and was seated at my reservation time. The staff did not seem concerned that we had to wait. All they told us was it was going to be another 5 minutes or so. Also, too loud for a business meeting.
Our group was in town for a large conference but also wanted to celebrate a friends birthday. The staff was very accommodating especially when we had to add 2 about 2 hours prior to our reservation. The location was easy to get too and portions generous. Our table of 12 shared apps, sides and desert. The staff was fantastic and the food tasted even better. Thank you for taking such good care of our group
