Welcome to District Eleven. We are a Vietnamese Fusion restaurant inspired by Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. Our name comes from the district in Saigon where the owner was from in Vietnam. The menu is inspired by the multiculturalism found in this district where multiple cultures exchanged their culture and food. District Eleven is known for its late night street food and is what is the inspiration for our opening hours and tapas style menu. Our motto is "Mot Hai Ba Dzo" which is a traditional Vietnamese drinking cheers. Our menu has both a traditional aspect as well as our adventurous menu! Our cocktails are also made using these ideas in mind. Our recommendation would be the Bo Luc Lac and Moolong for your first food and drink!

Wonderful, creative, delicious menu. Staff were truly lovely - very responsive and not at all intrusive while we enjoyed our meal. This is a new favorite spot for us now!

Food was good, changes from first opening is noticeably different, especially the prawns portion and tempura style.

Food was amazing. Great flavour, decent portions and nicely plated. The cocktails were very well done and super tasty. Services was hit and miss but it was a really busy night (New Years Eve).

Came here for a birthday with a group of 9. We really enjoyed their food all the dishes were amazing! Nothing bad to say for once lol! I brought my daughter 3 and son 2 and they were eating the food the entire time. Surprisingly their pho was really good for a fusion place my standard for pho is usually low but I would say their winning dishes would be the pho and also the Bo luc lac and clams must try! The remaining tapas were really filling and definitely shareable. The melon cocktail was perfect just the right amount of ice and the melon flavour was present. I would rate our experience a 10/10 service was good and the fact that we were able to have a good enjoyable experience with 2 toddler was a plus hahaha

Interesting food, fusion Vietnamese Japanese food. All the food is great for sharing. A bit more expensive for what is it.

The food were decorated in a cute and sweet way. It was delicious and filling too. The price was above normal and we expected that since it’s a unique fusion dining place. The decoration were simple and relaxing to the looks of in and out. I would come again with other friends too in the future when opportunity arises.

Absolutely incredible restaurant. I can't remember the last time I was at a place and was able to order 5-6 plates of food and enjoy every little bit of it. On top of that, I can't remember the last time I was able to eat in this late!

Food came out pretty fast, and was pretty good. I had higher expectations of beef Luc Lac, I guess it just wasn't the flavour I was expecting. It was still pretty good, beef was very tender, and perfectly cooked. Truffle fries didn't taste truffle in the truffle aioli or the fries itself. Miso was really good! My fave

Overall the experience was satisfactory. I wouldn't say that it was anything too special, and that is a bummer because I really wanted to like everything and give this place the best review ever considering what happened to their restaurant in New Westminster that got burnt down. The service was great, don't get me wrong there. Our server was attentive and my water cup was never completely empty, so a 4. The ambiance, decor, overall atmosphere is a 4 I love the black and gold accents, very modern very welcoming. The one thing that I will mention before getting into the food rating is that considering it is still covid, there are no dividers between tables and where I was seated on the left side of the restaurant, the tables were quite close to each other and I felt slightly uncomfortable when the tables filled up beside us. I think this can be easily fixed so that we can all feel safer while enjoying our meal. Now the food... we ordered the LEMONGRASS CHILI MISO COD (interesting but the flavours were not as complimentary as expected with the seaweed and pickled veggies. The fish itself was cooked well) TRUFFLE GOI GA (probably the worst one of all the dishes we ordered, chicken was very dry, the shredded veggies underneath served no purpose in complimenting the chicken, the truffle flavour was not apparent at all) HERB BUTTER MUSSELS (very good, mussels were big, if anything just a tad too salty, but highly recommend) BRUSSELS SPROUTS (very crispy and buttery, the dip was also very good) NORI TRUFFLE FRIES (if I see truffle anything on a menu, I usually order it. These were very good, the dip was great, but is it worth $10? that's for you to decide) As those are all from the adventurous section, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and also ordered the Pho Bo, we had to try it. Honestly, the soup was sublime, the noodles were springy, the beef was of great quality. If anything, I will come again after a few months, hoping they will update their menu.
