This is great place! Spacious and vibrant. Food is great. Beer and cocktail selection is extensive. The service is outstanding. Every waiter we've had has been incredibly polite and accommodating. We will definitely return, with friends in tow.

District 12 is a good addition to the dining scene in Inwood. I hope to return in the near future.

D-12 was loud. The service was slow and inattentive. The cook made mistakes with our omelette order. The food was submitted at different intervals which means some of are meals were cold I wil not return.

We chose District 12 because we knew they had plenty of room for seating and LOTS of televisions so we could get a good view of the Final Four games. It didn't disappoint. They gave us a great table, and our server was absolutely outstanding - kind, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient - everything you'd ask for in excellent service. We tried a lot of different apps including the very tasty chicken wing sampler (four styles of wings, all very different, all delicious), and some really fantastic mac and cheese. Our dining companions had a wide range of food they all enjoyed - salads, nachos, quesadillas, and more. There is a large beer menu, as well as what looked like some inventive cocktails (that we didn't order). Overall, aside from an extended and unpleasant conversation we overheard between what I have to imagine was a manager and server (as it happened on the floor), it was a great experience. We certainly plan to go back - I'd love to take advantage of what looks like beautiful outdoor seating in warmer weather.

The food from the Brunch menu was amazing for my party of 22. Service lacked- we understand that it was a busy day but we did not have water on the tables, had to ask for our complimentary drink, no napkins and did not have enough silverware for the entire party. They did clear empty dishes right away. It's a beautiful place and ambience is really nice. All the menus are great just wished service was better: water, napkins and silverware should never lack at a table regardless the size of the party.

Just visited for brunch for my aunt's birthday. We were a party of 4 and were seated immediately. I ordered the roasted tomato soup as an appetizer and it was delicious! My entree was the steak and eggs, which was also very tasty. It came with home fries and a side of spinach with a delicious pesto type dressing. The free mimosa that came with my entree was also very good. Overall very fulfilling. I will definitely be back when the weather is warmer to sit outside. And a special thanks to the gentleman who came over to ask how everything was (assuming he was a manager). We mentioned it was my aunt's birthday and he gave her a drink on the house! Very nice gesture. Our server was also very attentive and sweet.

District 12 food is top quality and each visit continues to impress me. The quality of service is a bit rough around the edges. Good for groups. Not a quiet restaurant/ romantic. Vibrant scene! Pay the a visit.

We ate in the steakhouse downstairs which was very quiet and good for conversation. Upstairs was a vibrant sports bar scene. Food was excellent.
