Good food and service. The space was a bit sterile and cold and the lights are too bright. With just a little attention to softening and warming the facility.....5 stars all across!! We are already planning to return. Service from Tailor was outstanding.

Came for a family reunion and although this place was highly rated on Yelp, I was highly disappointed (so was the rest of my family). We are Vietnamese so we knew not to expect amazing and authentic food, but what was disturbing was the customer service...or lack of, I should say. We were one of maybe 3 tables in the entire restaurant, on a weekday night, but we felt like we had to keep waiting and waiting every time we needed something, and honestly we should have left early on in the dinner and found a different restaurant. The food was mediocre at best and overpriced for the quality and quantity, but we were just glad to finally eat. We ordered about 8 dishes to share between 8 people, but most of us were still hungry because of the small servings. We decided to just get our bill and try another place, which I’m glad we did. I don’t recommend this place and I hope they are able to improve on their customer service and food, or else they won’t go far.

Good food and services. More food selections should be added to give customers more options. It is clean and the prices are a little more expensive than other Vietnamese restaurants. I would go back.

Had confirmed reservations for Sunday dinner. Restaurant’s website indicates they are open on Sunday 10:30 - 8PM. When we arrived at 6:30 PM, the restaurant was closed and dark inside. There was no one inside and no note on the door as to the closure. The next day, I sent an email to the restaurant, asking if the business is open on Sunday as indicated on the website & if not, to correct the website and not to accept reservations. I did not receive a response from the restaurant.

This is a newer restaurant near the Microsoft Main Campus. The food was great, and I really liked the interior décor. It felt like eating on a patio outside while being completely indoors.
