   We celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary at Dish and as always the food and service was amazing! We’re never disappointed! We were greeted the moment we walked in, and Jon our waiter was fabulous! Thank you Dish!

    The manager greeted us as soon as we walked in, and we were promptly seated. Our server was friendly and attentive, and the food was outstanding as always. 10 out of 10! Reservations are recommended.

    Our new favorite restaurant. Blown away by everything we had and by the service. Our waiter John was the best waiter we have had in a long time. Perfect balance of attention, thoughtful recommendation, and space given. Truly a delight. We will request him when we come back :). Also, all of plates were amazing. We had the salmon belly tartare, cauliflower chorizo dish, coffee sirloin dish, fried chicken, butterscotch dessert, and a scoop of ice cream along with a couple of cocktails. Everything was simply amazing. John did a great job of directing our choices and asking great questions. Thank you so much! We will be new normals and will be spreading the word as much as we can!

    I’m only in town for a brief time and friends recommended Dish. I’m so glad I went. Delicious food, helpful patient servers, nice ambiance. I hope I get to go back sometime.

    Such a nice place for a Sunday brunch, and the offerings are always inventive and very tasty. The three of us did notice that our dishes were a bit on the salty side, fault of overzealousness in the kitchen? That might be something to re-consider, as kitchen staff improve their already excellent skills.

    Every meal I have had at Dish is amazing. I had the citrus salmon and the butterscotch pot de creme for dessert. I literally moaned. The wait staff is knowledgeable and never steers you wrong. The menu is curated carefully and you have options no matter what your palate desires.

    We dined on a Friday night and shared 4 different small plates. The Brioche was hot and so fresh and the hot honey butter was the perfect accompaniment. Next we had the chicken lollipops. They were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, delicious! Our third was the ravioli with potato, ricotta and egg yolk. It was so silky! Our final dish was the laab. It was a great dish to finish with. Ground meat, spices, fresh slaw and a crispy rice cake! Yum! Service was good, our drinks came in a timely fashion and the food was excellent.

    It is a nice place for a date,portions are small but with a nice presentation as usual:). Wine list is good worth to try. Miso salmon was really good, rack of lamb was not a rack at all it was more like one chop and the rest was a green presentation. My son was disappointed ordering that:(. They probably have to change the name of the dish or add at least a half of a rack so it would be closer to what they are offering. Nice outside seating but it was too cold so we sat inside by the window. Overall nice ambiance with a very, very limited menu. That was disappointing. Considering that Lincoln doesn’t have a lot of fine dining, I guess this is as good as it gets to try something different.

    I ordered my steak medium and it came out medium rare. I should have sent it back to cook more but I didn't. I sort of got the feeling that you want to serve it medium rare no matter what the guest wants.

    Food was wonderful! Service impeccable. Atmosphere was chic and quiet enought to converse, but not library quiet (who would want that at a restaurant??). Drinks were original and amazing. You NEED to go here and have a true dining experience.

    Once again , Rachel and her team created an incredible dining experience! The food and beverage pairing was perfect. Mary Pat was an incredible hostess, making everyone feel welcome. Jon is icing on the cake! He is attentive and friendly. Dish is the perfect place for any occasion!

    The new year menu was fantastic. Each course had its own delicious flavor combination that was full of surprises. We also opted for the add on course of Korean fried chicken and caviar. It was amazing!! Not to mention that everything was prepared gluten free so I didn't have to miss out on any components.

    Dish prepares plates are beautifully plated and prepared. Great variety and layers of flavor in every bite. The filet and carrots stand out as each was well seasoned.
