Dinosaur Bar-B-Que - Brooklyn Ratings and Reviews
Dinosaurs Bar-B-Q is a place of good southern comfort food and tasty cocktails. I suggest making a reservation before going because this place tends to always get crowded causing you to wait anywhere from 1/2hr to 1hr wait.
The honey BBQ wings, potato salad & Mac & Chesse are great starters with a Donkey Punch cocktail to wash it down.
The entire menu is good I recommend stopping by to check it out for yourself.
The food was just alright. More like BBQ fast
Food. Apps were ok. The side dishes were again just ok. The price was good but again I guess you get what you pay for. The service was fine however our waiter was very busy so wanted awhile for drinks. I won't go back again
The food was all wonderful. Myself and two others all enjoyed our meals and had no complaints. The Swag sampler appetizer gives a great taste of their deviled eggs, chicken wings, ribs, and fried green tomatoes and they were all great. The server and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back again.
I used to really enjoy this place. But to be truthful the last 2 times eating here was a true disappointment. The ribs were hard to chew and the service not so good. Plus the nac n cheese once my favorite was warm and had a taste of something I can't describe. No im done here. Maybe I'll go vegan.
We went here to celebrate a birthday. We have been to the original in Syracuse and think that the food is better there. While we did love the fried green tomatoes and the pulled pork nachos, the ribs left something to be desired. They were a bit tough and needed extra sauce added, something I usually don't need to do.
The positive over the original is that reservations are taken and we did not have to wait at all for a table, although one member of our party was not there yet.
The food was good but our waitress was terrible. She never smiled and was not friendly at all. I told her I could not eat spicy food and she recommend the brisket, but neglected to tell me there was jalapenos in it. Her co worker had to correct her mistake because our waitress was having social hour with some friends. Doubt I will come back.
