   Considering it was so quiet and there was a number of staff around, it was a long time before orders were taken. We even had to ask if they were doing table service. We weren't told what was unavailable at the beginning, only being told when we tried to order an item that had run out. Staff were not very aware of the surrounding - door being left open often and staff trying to get out the door to deliver food with full hands and other staff standing around not helping. It almost got to the point were we stood up to help the waitress through the door! Prices are fairly high, and while food was nice it's borderline worth the money, especially with the service being how it is.

   Very disappointed with lunch today. Jacket potatoes tasted old and were hard. We then exchanged for a sandwich and the bread was hard. Have enjoyed many nice meals at The Cliff but not today. Waited 15 minutes for the manager to come and see us but nothing. Staff were very good and apologetic (not their fault). Won’t be rushing back which is a shame.

   Food was excellent, Some of the staff were nice with a friendly welcome, others weren’t!

   This was one of the best roast dinners we’ve had in a long time, food was incredible

   The staff are lovely even when extremely busy . Wonderful ambiance today with everyone seemingly happy and having fun .

   My wife and I went for the afternoon tea and was absolutely amazing. The staff are really welcoming and friendly the restaurant looked amazing and the roof top terrace where we sat was amazing would totally go there ain’t

   Went to the Cliff for a birthday lunch. I'd booked a table outside but as it was quite breezy we sat inside instead. One member of staff suggested a particular table for us to sit at, we had good views out to the sea. We were served quickly and the food/drinks arrived soon after. The fish and chips were very large and were delicious according to those in my party that had them. I ordered the mushroom tagliatelle and it was lovely.
