Dilly Bistro, Bar & Bottle Shop Ratings and Reviews
We have been dining at Dilly for 15+ years. It's a neighborhood gem. Fantastic wine selection in their wine shop. Grab a bottle or two and enjoy with dinner for a ridiculously low bottle open fee. Love the live music entertainment. Great place for beer lovers too.
The world needs more Dilly and less chains!
This has been a favorite place for a long time and though they still have some of my favorite items on the menu, the new facelift on the interior left me a bit cold. Great place to eat out-side, but too cold in February for this option. Good food, still great wine selection and pricing, but not great and there are so many new great places.
Second time eating here and I was really pleased with the whole experience yet again. I had the Gnocchi with Sausage and it was amazing. Gnocchi was light, fluffy and gone quickly. My wife got the steak which she was very pleased with. Good beer selection and the waiter was very attentive and friendly. Nice atmosphere inside with a band but wasn't too loud. Very nice evening and we will be back.
Stopped in for lunch with family and friends. Server was a bit slow (food came out in perfect time; however). He forgot one of our drink orders, but we were finished eating by the time he came back, so we decided not to mention it.
Wings are probably the best we've ever had, not only in Cincinnati, but ever! Highly recommend trying them or getting a to-go order for game day. Sandwiches were average, nothing special. Good selection of craft beer. A better warm-weather atmosphere as the patio area is very comfortable!
We had a very nice lunch at the Dilly Bistro. Our server made us welcome and answered all of our questions. She was very attentive to getting our food out promptly and refilling our drinks. We ordered the chicken salad and a burger and both were very good. I will definitely be coming back again.
Very good experience here. Helpful and attentive staff, good food that was well prepared, hot and tasty. Nice selection of craft, domestic and import beers. Decent selection of whisky and Scotch.
Definitely a good after work, casual stop. Menu is nicely diverse and well executed. Appetizers, dinner, drinks and desert were all very good. Pretty good value, nice atmosphere. Great wait staff.
Coupon got us there, experience will keep us coming back! We had never heard of this eatery. The atmosphere of it being a enoteca, with live music and craft brews was unique and fun. The menu has great choices with tasty ingredients and flavors. Plus they take reservations online. What is not to like???!!!
We already loved Dilly, but with their fall 2016 renovation, we love it even more. The expanded bar is great, as is the updated dining room, but the real win was the update to the menu. Great new stuff to complement the old favorites, and all the smoked items are fantastic.
We ate there on a Saturday night, with a reservation at 6 p.m. It was already a little crowded at this time, but we were seated immediately. The server was attentive, and gave us all the time we wanted to decide what to order.
The Beer Cheese appetizer was so good, and then we both ordered the burger. Which was also very good.
The only negative was that it was really cold in there! It was the first very cold night of the season, so maybe that was why.
We will definitely go there again!
Dilly is a nice neighborhood spot, especially in the warm weather when outside dining is available. Inside has been renovated recently; nice, but open layout and larger bar make it very noisy even on a Sunday night. The service and kitchen were lacking on a recent visit. Long waits for food even tho restaurant was not crowded. Food was okay, but overpriced.
