An absolutely wonderful experience. My wife and I have been visiting Valle de Guadalupe for 21 years and this ranks among the best meals we’ve ever had in El Valle. We dined at the chef’s table and I would highly recommend it. More so than “precision”, the professional staff of the kitchen operated gracefully. The sequencing and timing of our courses was perfect. Brian was an amazing guide throughout the experience, and his wine recommendations were particularly spot on. Ingredients were beyond fresh, visually stunning, and immensely flavorful. This operation is slightly under the radar as compared to some other destinations in the valley, but won’t be for long. It’s quite possible that this will become the premier dining location in the valley.

Amazing experience at the chef counter. Was expecting a lot from chef Diego Hernandez and he did not disappoint. This is another solid option in VDG.

Fantastic food. Every course was delicious. This is a new restaurant, but it's super polished, has a distinct point of view so it stands out in the valle. Got the lunch pre fixe menu, and it was the ideal way to experience their style of cooking. This place is going to be on a LOT of best of the valle lists this year.
