Service was poor; waited for 15 minute before even being acknowledged. Food was below average. Not worth the visit. Waited over an hour for a salad and steak fingers my husband would not even eat.
Went 90 min before stars game. Took 30 min for table of 6 to get a drink. But that was a waste of money as I think they left the alcohol out. After 50 minutes we told them if our food didn’t come out, cancel it. We would have been better off if they had as food was awful. Turkey club with avocado and bacon was 2 pieces of cheap turkey with soggy lettuce with no bacon or avocado. When I told them, they shrugged and said, well we will tell the kitchen. The food was bad, service bad, drinks bad, nothing good to say. I assume they will close soon... don’t waste your time.
It was just okay. Good location to the game, but would’ve liked better food
Drink got to my table after my food, other than that, no complaints.
We popped in a few minutes before a MAVS game and we’re greeted, seated, and approached by the Bar tender upstairs immediately. Food came out extremely fast and everything was more then expected for your typical bar bites. We shared the buffalo wings, Ceviche and Per the servers recommendation- The Steak fingers. The steak fingers and gravy brought back childhood memories, and I would order it all again on our next visit.
Terrible service and bar food. Would have been better off eating at American Airlines Center.
Went to Dibs for a Dallas Stars Watching Party. So, the noise level was probably much louder than normal. The nachos with beef added were outstanding. Had the Washington Pinot Noir which was very good for the price. Although it seemed as though the wait staff was scrambling at times, overall they did a great job servicing the crowd. The upstairs, which I did not get to spend much time in, is very cool. There is a balcony overlooking the street that can be open air. It was a beautiful evening and it was open when I went upstairs to look. All in all, a great place to meet friends.
Dibs is close to American Airlines Center. It was good, but the service was horrible. The pretzel bites were delicious and not sure we would be back.
It's a fun place with a pretty decent happy hour. My only caution would be not to visit prior to an event at AAC. They seemed to be overwhelmed. Mains came before appetizers, and to be fair they did credit those from our bill.
Casual place. Pre concert
Pretty good food and service. All were very nice
Had dinner before a concert. The happy hour menu was great! We had the guacamole, cheese dip, chicken fingers and the salmon Cesar salad. They were all made to perfection. The house margarita was made with fresh ingredients and was delicious!
The Dibs Venue did now except my open table reservations made days prior even after seening my confirmation.
I had to pay $50 for a table to sit down and eat not encluding my meal or pay $10 just to enter the resteruant.
Worst food I had in a while
Great service and good food. There weren’t many people there while we were dining but could occasionally overhear things being said at other tables even though we weren’t seated next to anyone. Not sure if this was due to acoustics or loud patrons.
Everything was awesome except the service! Sorry not sorry!
Pretty loud. Tough to have much conversation
Food was horrible. I ordered the nachos and had Day old meat. Would not go back
