   Went here for lunch during a conference. Service was prompt and we were seated quickly. The food was good. I had a side salad and the pulled pork sandwich, which was delicious!

   Went for breakfast 10:30 reservation. Server said kitchen was backed up and suggested we order the buffet instead from the menu. We did this but prefer ordering from the menu. The line was long to order eggs omelettes pancakes. One person was preparing this. On game days they need to prepare for larger crowds.

   Unfortunately, I disliked the experience. The crab cakes part of the main menu were salty and the entire dish was poor. I had to ask for a piece of bread, as a side dish... I realize that the restaurant is literally having a flurry of customers due to being connected to the Hilton Inner Harbor Baltimore and the Convention Center. Hence, tons of tourists, professionals on conventions, and almost no locals. The food however, was much worse than I anticipated, in particular in direct relationship with the pay. I will NEVER recommend it to any one. Jimmy Jones sandwiches next door are better. Do not do it!

   Dinner before Sunday’s Ravens game From last experience knew to arrive early with a reservation Sat down at 5:15 for 5:15 reservation party of 2 Ordered once two beers, crab cake sandwich and fish/chips Again knew you only get 1 good interaction with server Ask for check when meal arrives Lay cars and check on table as you enjoy meal Server picks up and runs card just when we finished Got to play the timing well or you will sit forever

   I took my family to Diamond tavern before an orioles game a couple of years ago. When a friend and I planned to go to a ravens game, I thought it would be the perfect place to go. They have a special game day menu...I was excited to see Crab MAC n cheese on it. It is one of my favorite dishes. I was very disappointment by it. Very little crab, lots of tomatoes. My friends salad look yummy. Not sure If I will be returning there in the future.

   Wanted a place to eat before the Billy Joel concert so we made a reservation WHICH THEY ACCEPTED. When we arrived the place was packed, and they had also set up dining outside. We were seated, and after quickly ordering and waiting an hour and fifteen minutes, we were told our food would be ready in another twenty minutes. So we cancelled everything and left. I understand the concert made for extra guests but they should have also had extra kitchen and wait staff - ESPECIALLY SFTER OPENING AN OUTDOOR DINING VENUE!!! If they couldn’t handle the extra people, they shouldn’t have done it. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.

   So we did not actually eat here because the restaurant called to cancel the reservation less than 48 hours before we were due to dine. We had booked this reservation in January knowing that the area would be crowded on this date. When the Diamond Tavern cancelled last minute, no other reservations were available in the area and we were left eating fast food. This experience was very unprofessional on the part of Diamond Tavern and we will not plan to eat there in the future since they were so inconsiderate.

   Made reservation for 10, 6-months in advance. Tavern called to confirm 2 days before, then that evening the staff called to cancel all reservations. Took multiple phone calls to talk to a manager, and once I spoke to manager, they said they were not cancelling reservations it was a mistake! Then, we got to the restaurant, 45 minutes to get 1 drink, another 45 minutes no food and no second drink, we told server we had to leave. They did comp the bill but what a cluster this place is. This is the second time we've been there leaving without food, we won't be back. As a Diamond Hilton member this is very disheartening.

    Our meal was served quickly and was excellent. We asked for a few extras which came promptly. Will definitely return.
