Excellent meal with a fun atmosphere and great staff - we had an amazing time and will definitely be back!
This was our first time at Dia. It had a very nice vibe -good eclectic music selection, energetic, but not overwhelmingly so. The place serves a generally younger crowd - mid/late 20's, but we felt very welcome despite the fact that we are in our 50s. Service was attentive but not intrusive. The food was quite good (margherita pizza, baby beet salad, bruschetta, pasta with beef ragu and truly outstanding cannoli and lattes). We will definitely return.
I loved the dining experience at Dia! They were very accommodating to a group of 6 and we were all satisfied at the end of the night. We all enjoyed wine recommended by Jean (not sure of the spelling) our waiter and the pasta dishes were incredible. Totally recommend for a fall Friday night dinner!
A neighborhood gem. Everything hit a high mark. The pasta dishes were quite good, as were the salads and entrees. Service was quite good too. The owner stopped by TWICE to check in on things. Obviously he cares and it shows. This is our second visit and there will be more in the future.
Wonderful restaurant. Our second time there and we travel from the Upper East Side. Worth it!
Food was absolutely delicious. I had the cod fish with a side of polenta. Amazing. My server was awesome. Would definitely recommend.
I kno their pulsd is expiring which is shame, I would take everyone ever in the world here if those coupons were still present. Amazing in all ways, can’t recommend it enough.

DELICIOUS! Came here with my partner after purchasing a brunch package for two on FEVER. The deal included one of pizza, two entrées, and a bottle of Prosecco for DIY drinks. We sat outside, shared our deal with the waiter, and proceeded to have a wonderful time. Our meal started with a speck pizza, which was a thin crust and incredibly authentic. For entrées call mom my partner went with the prosciutto egg scramble which was on a hearty slice of whole wheat bread and a small arugula side salad. She described him as fancy eggs and bacon and loved the dish. I enjoyed a mushroom, goat cheese, and sun-dried tomato omelette, again with an arugula side salad. The meal was satiating and full of flavor which we both appreciated a great deal; so much so that we stuck around for dessert. Dessert was definitely the cherry on top of the experience. My partner and I ordered a pistachio cannoli and were happily surprised that the staff brought out their version of hazelnut tiramisu. The cannoli was wholesome and savory. The tiramisu was so light and unique; I would go back for that dish alone. All the while my partner and I enjoyed this experience, the staff was amazing. They jumped in to help when it started raining while we were eating outside and situated us to be able to still enjoy our time under the awning. The waiter was engaging and humored us, and shared tidbits of the menu. It was a great time!
Food was amazing, but I honestly wonder why its so deserted for brunch every time I go. I will say the playlist they play is interesting in the remixes of older songs but overall not very good.
Terrific new spot with a dedicated chef from Sicily! A really inventive menu and really tasty. We sat outside on a lovely evening,but the inside looks charming. Has a very hip vibe. Very knowledgeable and efficient waitstaff. Everything I want in a restaurant!
Well we thought the pizza and toppings were outstanding, the crust very crisp and light, really authentic Roman style so along with Motorino, this is now my favorite in NY. And the squid ink pasta was wonderful as well. It can be noisy inside but if the weather's right for sitting outside, it's heavenly. This is another great neighborhood find!

Great service! The manager was attentive and the servers were attentive. The food was amazing. If you come here you have to try the French toast it was the best! The pizza was good too!
The food was not bad. However, the service was slow. It is on the expensive side for brunch.
The brunch at DIA had been recommended to me, and it is certainly excellent value at $35 for two people, including a bottle of prosecco. However, the music, at 1pm on a Saturday, was obnoxiously loud and pounding. We asked for it to be turned down, but the waitress said it was part of the ambience of the restaurant. We placed our order at 1:15pm, but did not receive any food until 2pm, despite asking about it several times - we were told that there was a birthday party in the back room which had to be served first. The food, when we finally received it, was very good, and as stated above, we felt that the menu was good value. I would be happy to revisit, and to recommend to others, but only if the music could be quieter and the service improved.
The staff was attentive and professional. The restaurant is beautifully designed and very clean. We had the Dia pizza which was slightly spicy but so good. We also ordered the cheese platter which was swerved with a generous amount of 4 different cheeses. We also ordered 2 entrees. The entrees were very small. Overall, we had a great experience.

You think of this spot as a upscale pizza joint, it’s so much more! There were 3 of us and we ordered 4 appetizers: meat plat, cheese plate, Italian meat balls and Burrata. All of it was amazing! Meatballs had loads of flavor, cheese choice was spot on. Burrata (fresh made mozzarella cheese) with cherry tomatoes was amazing.
Note! None of us had pizza. One had a great rigatoni dish and the other 2 had a lamb neck entree with polenta and roasted carrots. I don’t know about you but eating lamb neck never would be on my radar, but it was fantastic! Lots of very moist meet similar to leg of lamb.
Next the deserts. Chocolate mousse, tiramisu and a pistachio cannolis cream dessert that was so different and so very good!
Great wine selection too. I saw a post from someone else that cited a unique cocktail selection. Since the have a church close to their location they can’t serve hard liquor. Hate to to tell ya, but the cocktails are unique and their wine selection can serve every taste.

Came for a late brunch on sunday. It was pretty empty, but that made the service even better! The brunch special come with pizza, 2 entrees and 1 bottle of prosecco, GREAT DEAL! The pizza was amazing and good prosecco. I will definitely be coming back here.
We were not even approached by anyone other than the busboy for 40 minutes. A manager finally came over and apologized and took our (very simple) order and promised to bring bread. Bread never arrived but we got our pizza, which was utterly disappointing. Looked like a frozen pizza - nothing remotely remarkable about it and very small. We were interested in a dessert but of course the menu was outdated and they didn't have what was listed. Would NOT recommend this place.
Food was delicious. Service was great. Had dinner in the nice airy front room across from the bar.

Weird cocktail list, which we realized because they don’t have a full liquor license. This is fine, but maybe do without the mixed sake cocktails at an Italian spot? Our waiter wasn’t great. Nice guy, but clearly overwhelmed. We had to reiterate things and one order was still wrong - there were only 3 of us, there shouldn’t have been so much confusion imo. I ordered the cod, it had very little taste. It never put salt on food and I had to for this one. The fingerling potato side was awesome. Out app was okay - it was a special of fried artichokes. I little greasy but still okay. The focaccia they brought out to the table was awesome. We asked for seconds, which the waiter was a little weird about. Overall, just okay. Wouldn’t go back.
The location is nice, place is warm and welcoming but food is a bit too expensive.

Fantastic spot! The brunch menu is amazing both in value and in food quality.
The food we had at DIA was amazing. The meatballs was the highlight. The portion sizes were also perfect.
But unfortunately, the service was horrible. The dinner would have been perfect if the waiter didn’t push us repeatedly to order wine and drinks. The waiter (named David if I remember) kept nagging for drink orders and when we politely declined. He then proceeded to ask if we were on our first date for the next 15 minutes when we said no.
The waiter singlehandedly ruined the Valentine’s Day dinner for us, but if discounting the rude waiter, the place is actually alright.

I went to DIA for Valentine’s Day with my two girlfriends! We had such a great time!! The manager and our server was so kind!!! Everyone was so accommodating! I can’t wait to return! Thank you DIA for the great service !!!
Pasta very undercooked and service was bad. They were very disorganized, bringing us wrong food and then took forever to get our actual food. We were waiting almost two hours for our food. Also took forever for someone to take our order so whole experience was very long.
Amazing and fresh food that is reasonably priced.
You have to try the cheesecake.
