DEXTER is a no rules approach to American BBQ brought to you by Adam Goldblatt, Sam and Tom Peasnell. Our meatery features the best Australian produce which is treated the right way. Chefs Tom (Pitt Cue Co, London) and Adam (Homeslice, London) pay homage to the low and slow traditions of American BBQ utilising smoking, chargrill techniques and pair this with flavours from Mexico, China, France and alike. The philosophy is a meat first approach, where a dish is formulated from the unique characteristics of the meat (or vegetable) for a truly unique meat experience. Think salted caramel ribs, hot meat donuts and dry aged Ribeye's.

Food was great. Service was generally pretty good, would’ve preferred a bit more warmth from the staff. Also our 7:30 booking was pushed back by about 15mins. Definitely recommend if you’re a fan of all things meat.

We took our overseas guests to dine in this restaurant and they enjoyed the foods very much. The American young man who served us was very attentive and his customer service was second to none.

Myself and my brother have eaten at Dexter regularly for several years, bringing friends, family and work colleagues. The food is incredible (it's hard to go past the brisket, but all of the dishes are amazing) and the friendly personable service is a delight. Can't recommend Dexter highly enough. We'll continue to visit.

First time dining here and it was amazing. Service was friendly and attentive and the food was delicious! We had the meat doughnut, lamb ribs, sirloin steak, caramel short rib and tiramisu. Meat was so tender and all of the sauces and sides were so tasty. Everything was absolutely perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
