Brewery

  • Great for happy hour
A brewpub dedicated to going beyond the typical brewpub experience. Formed by the Brewer that created Epic Ales. Dexter Brewhouse's menu highlights pub grub and in house charcuterie.
The 7 barrel brewhouse produces a wide range of beers, from laid back lagers to funky farmhouse ales. Our goal is to please every beer preference. Due to our small size, our beers are always super fresh. We also have cider, wine and a full bar.
We are a great place for a quick pint, a romantic date, large parties, business meetings or even private receptions for more than 100 people.

Worst service, sat there for 32 minutes before I waved down a server. Worst service in Seattle thus far, food was ok. Cusk and Trotter is 300 Times better.

It was probably quieter than usual as it was a late-ish Tuesday night but the room and staff were both accommodating.

Their beers are awesome and the interior is really warm and inviting. The burger I had was cooked perfectly and the fries are great. I will be back soon!

Nice alternative to other Seattle Center closer restaurants/pubs. Off the beaten path, accessible to both bus and driving. Particularly liked the 3 bites + beer option. Brussel sprouts w/dipping sauce was highlight of our choices. Feels like it belongs in the surrounding newer neighborhood.

Fantastic beers. Nice selections and the staff let you try them until you're ready to commit to what you like. Fish and fries are fine. Warning: Avoid the "Charred Romanesco" which was roasted beyond recognition, creating a distasteful smoky effect (even for someone who is not averse to smoky things in general -- I LOVE smoky baba ghanoush, for instance,--this was over the top!). Utterly inedible. The chicken wings, by contrast, were delicious, though I see no reason to put a sweet glaze on chicken these days when we're all avoiding sugar, when just spices will do. The salty caramels handed out after the meal were good. The Happy Hour has a decent selection too. A lot of the staff were new. Not sure why.

Cool beer selection. But the food was "too everything": too cooked, too smoky, and too salty.

We went on a Wednesday evening, but there was still a good crowd. Probably a lot of after work folks. The beer is very good and reasonably priced during happy hour. The food itself was so-so. My wife liked her burger and fries, but my lamb cubano sandwich was overcooked and very dry. The olives we had for an appetizer were a bit pricey but tasty.
