   Worst customer experience I have ever had, and I have been to the infamous Wan Kei. Met by someone who said the would be 2 minutes. 6 minutes later another person asked if we were okay, said not. They check our resavation took us to our table. Menus arrived 15 whole minutes later. Our order was taken 25 minutes later. We warned about the delay to food, but man don’t extend your covers if you can’t deliver pizza, yes pizza in a timely manner. Esp when it’s over £20 for pizza and a side. Train you staff, inattentive serving staff are unacceptable these days especially if you promote yourselves as high end dining. Sorry but won’t be returning.

   We had a lovely afternoon at devour in the sunshine! Great cocktails, lovely food, a gorgeous setting by the river and wonderfully attentive and friendly staff. What’s not to love!

    We've been to Devour a few times now, the building, setting and decor is very well done. there's a vast choice of cocktails and a good varied food menu. hThe food overall is very good and staff are friendly. It's been a favourite for a while. Unfortunately the last two visits , service has let it down. The service is incredibly slow. The drinks have been slow coming, we've had to chase food on both occasions foe each course and some of the dishes were cold when they arrived, we think they were being kept warm while the other dishes were being cooked. They seem well staffed and It hasn't been particularly busy. By the time we were getting desert this time we were practically the only ones in there so we don't know what is taking so long. It's a shame as its happened once two many times now for it to go from being a favourite to putting us off returning.
