Angel was our waiter and he was fantastic! The food was amazing, drinks were delicious and dessert was crazy! I will want to eat at Devil’s Kitchen every time we go visit! Oh, the views are the cherry on top!
Atmosphere was great! Was very disappointed in the entrees. The filet had no seasoning and the jambalaya had a strange smoky but bland flavor.
Drinks were great and service was good. Won’t write it off yet.

We chose the Devil’s Kitchen for our 45th Anniversary celebration. The restaurant has dynamite views of the campus and Grand Mesa beyond. Our meals were delicious and filling! (My only minor complaint was the sauce on the chicken was a bit too salty for my taste.) Our server was very sweet and attentive. It was a memorable dining experience.

The Devils Kitchen is an amazing culinary experience. A well thought out menu that compliments the surrounding area. Service was pleasant (Angel was our server) and surpasses any other restaurant in the Grand Junction area. On top of all that, while eating you have wonderful views of the grand valley that make your dinner one to remember!

I took my wife for a nice dinner. First time for me and second for my wife. we were very surprised by the hamburger. Very good. we both enjoyed the meal very much. The maple doughnuts were to die for. Will return for sure.

The venue is outstanding. Food was excellent, and the staff was very friendly... maybe a little too attentive. If I had to offer a criticism, it would probably involve the menu. Most menu items are a bit too "busy" for my tastes. Perhaps a few more simple selections. Highly recommended. I would also suggest sitting on the patio if seating is available.

First time eating at the Devil's Kitchen and it was great. Service was excellent and very prompt. Food was delicious, best jambalaya i've ever had. Menu pricing was on the higher end for Grand Junction, but we thought it was worth it. We have already recommended it to our friends and we will go again.

The Devils Kitchen Restaurant at the top of Hotel Maverick is an awesome, fun, and fresh new hangout. We loved the attentive staff. Their menu, although probably not for everyone, we thought was super fun and creative! We love trying new, and different dishes. Their drink menu was great too, they offer some cool non-alcoholic options! We really enjoyed most of what we ordered. There’s a few things we tried that we probably wouldn’t order again but looking forward to going back soon and trying more fun dishes! The downside for many people that have shared their personal experiences with me, is that it is expensive.... even for very small things (appetizers, and even non alcoholic drinks, etc...). After going ourselves, I agree. You’re going to leave with a lighter wallet.
The views and eclectic vibes are awesome! And that in itself is worth checking out!! If you’re an extremely traditional diner, probably won’t be too impressed, especially with the prices. If you like trying new things and being pleasantly surprised and are ok with easily dropping $150+ for 2-3 ppl, I definitely recommend checking this place out!! They also partner with quite a few mesa county businesses and farmers for the ingredients in their dishes. A supportive and important idea. Keeps what you’re eating fresh and local! I know we will be back soon!!

For our first time out it was great. We were celebrating a special occasion and were asked about it. They brought some sparkling wine to us, however we didn’t order it and were still charged. We drank it so we paid for it but it would have been nice to have the option to not have it as it is not our preferred wine preference. The gesture was kind. The manager made several stops to check on us which was amazing. I would go back again

Beautiful new restaurant in the middle of the CMU campus. Nice upscale restaurant that is a great addition to our community. Food was delicious and I love that they use local produce when they can.

On a cooler evening the terrace would be lovely. Our food was pretty good but the service is decidedly not up-scale. Two of us ordered the ginger chicken which was very gingery so beware if you're not into that. The side-salads that 2 of us ordered arrived at the same time as our entrees. The server who delivered our entrees was not the one who took our orders and she had no clue who had ordered what. She just started setting them on the table and we had to tell her where each one belonged. Not what I hope the university is teaching their hospitality professionals.

The food and service were fabulous!! This is a new restaurant with students learning to be chefs etc. I would never guess they weren’t seasoned chefs!
The only not great part was dodging the sun directly on us mid way through dinner. It ended up blinding all 6 of us before dinner was over!
Simple fix, get shades like most other restaurants have for when the setting sun makes its way
