One important thing for guests to note is that Desi Turka Indian Cuisine is closed on Tuesday, so patrons should make their plans accordingly.Desi Turka's menu features over 62 authentic Indian dishes. Many people avoid Indian food because they believe it is too spicy. Fortunately, the kitchen staff at Desi Turka are more than happy to make most dishes as spicy or as mild as guests would like them to be. The signature items of the house are the tandoori specials, which are meals that are baked in a special clay oven called a tandoor. This locks the flavor in and keeps the proteins moist and juicy.
