   Excellent food! The noise level was too high once the restaurant filled up. Two glasses of water tasted great but our last glass tasted like metal.

   Took my girlfriend to dinner. I had an appointment at Mayo Clinic Phoenix and had to fast. I had the cheeseburger with bacon and fries and she had scallops. I’m on Ozempic, took half the cheeseburger home. Good service.

   Went there Saturday at 5pm to enjoy HH before ordering our food. We were sat a dirty table, then had to tell the hostess to please have it wiped down. She said she would and never came back so then had to flag down another person (waitress?) and she came back and wiped it down with a wet cloth but didn't have a dry cloth to wipe that down. So again left and came back. Waiter took forever coming to table, finally when he did we gave him our drink orders and he asked if we wanted any food. We told him yes but not quite yet. Drinks took over 30 mins! This was extremely disappointing. Finally got them and ordered 3 apps. Those also took a while to get but not as bad as our drinks. Waiter kept asking if we wanted to order more food/dinner. I asked him if his shift was ending or something, why the rush to order food? He said he thinks it may take a while and didnt want us to be upset. Okay, so we ordered our dinner and it came relatively quickly. There was barely anyone there so not sure what the rush/push was for us to order so fast. Food itself was just okay, nothing great. We ordered the poblano hummus, which didn't have any spice at all so disappointing. The chips trio, the burger was terrible and the rubean which was okay. We will most likely not be going back. A couple of days later we saw on our credit card that instead of being charged $18 for something, we were charged $198! What the heck?! Ya, this place is a pass for us.

   The food was great! The atmosphere was great! The service was terrible. This was a brunch buffet, which I love. I had to go to the bar to order our mimosa. When my wife and I went to get our second plate, they cleared our table. Even our drinks that I just brought to the table. I was not happy. I was not leaving on just one plate each, not for $150.00. Not happy with the gratuity charge Not at 26% that is crazy. Then I get crap service. The server only came by twice and all the other servers were going to their tables and asking their guest if they needed anything. Stay away from the server's name is Micheal. Not very friendly or even helpful. I am really sad for the brunch service. Not worth the $150.00 that I was charged.

   Excellent service, ambiance, and excellent food. The poblano hummus, fried fish, jalapeño grits, and salmon were excellent.

   Really good food. Huge, very generous portions. Ambiance of restaurant was beautiful. Can’t wait to return.

   Vegetables were overcooked, and fries and veggies were too salty to enjoy. Salmon was delivered with a different side than listed on the menu; server argued with me about it. Appetizer plates were not cleared before entrees were delivered. Live music was way too loud. Many guests were leaving or asking to be moved.

   Food warm warm at best. All three meals were overcooked to burnt. Took a long time to get both food and drinks. Out of the 50 plus hiltons worldwide the three of us have been, this was the worst. My suggestion is go Nextdoor to eat at pitch.

    The general manager is always a pleasure! He greeted us and our two dogs that sat outside on a beautiful night. Service was a little slow to start, but all went well and the food was very good and the prices are reasonable for a hotel restaurant.
