I would not recommend eating here as the food was not very good. My friends got steak and eggs and the steak was extremely tough. They got a waffle as an appetizer that they enjoyed. I got the the chicken and waffles and it was OK at best. The drinks and the music really made the experience, I would come back for drinks and dancing.

Main seating area was booked for a private event .. so we had to go somewhere else . It would be nice if you could update your social media page or website with private event bookings . This would avoid my party wasting our time driving to your establishment.

We showed up 30 minutes before our reservation but the host still brought us to our table without an issue. Sunday brunch with a DJ and great company. Everyone there was having a good time dancing and laughing. Luckily the music and company was providing such a good vibe! We barely cared that the service was slow and it took them a while to get our drinks to us after being sat/ordering. The kitchen was pretty backed up too. Once our food came, it did not disappoint!! The Thai Chili Wings (sauce on the side) were fire!!! Definitely have to come back during the evening for some dranks!

This food was soooo good!!! I got Chilequiles, (it came with rice and beans) and the mimosa flight. The chilequiles was a bit spicy, but I like spice. The mimosa flight was...interesting. The had the traditionals, orange and cranberry, and also had a blue curacao, and a Violetta which were not my favorite, but not bad. I would def recommend for brunch and games.

Went there for a brunch and enjoyed our meals and the service. We winded up staying a little later than expected since there was going to be a live band performing and it was great albeit, the speakers were extremely loud that we barely heard or really understood what the singer was singing, but it was a great time and we enjoyed ourselves.

We were there for the between time of attending the Rose Bowl parade and gearing up for the Rose Bowl. Thank god we made a reservation, Der Wolf’s staff did a phenomenal job in attending to the huge rush of people for brunch before the game. Yes, there was a little wait, but the staff was great at making sure we got our drinks and checked in with us. This is a great place to watch a game, grab a pitcher of a huge selection of beer and grab a bite. Excellent job on such a huge rush and we thoroughly enjoyed our brunch, bottomless mimosas and pitcher of beer!

There is nothing German pub about this place. It’s a bar that plays hip hop and has good burgers. I enjoy hip hop so it was fine with me, but I saw a few people walk in and walk back out because it wasn’t what they thought. Not an older crowd vibe at all, but more of an urban local bar vibe.

Came here for brunch, our waitress was super nice but the guy that was putting our table together had a very bad attitude. Not sure if he was having a bad day but you could tell. Almost felt like I was bothering him when I asked if the table was ready

If you’re looking for good food,good vibe,good music and overall great experience then Der Wolf is the spot. Went there for brunch on Sunday morning and left around 8pm. Had an amazing time. Super friendly and helpful staff to go along with relaxing music. The prices are below average and the drinks are excellent. Can’t wait to go back.

This is not a German restaurant anymore. Close until your rebrand is complete. It’s currently littered with beer pong tables and adult size games. The music was so loud I couldn’t carry on a conversation, and the whole ambiance felt like a dumpy, sloppy college bar. Might be suitable near a Big 10 campus, but not upscale Pasadena. 0/10 would not recommend.

I took my fiancée there and I was confused cause I had not been back since before the pandemic and it was a little confusing to see a dj blasting Regeton and the lights glaring. It didn’t feel like a pub anymore. That’s just my opinion. Not trying to down talk anything about it. It just took me by surprise

Though the menu implies it may be German, the food is Mexican centric. We had a great brunch. We started with a mango margarita and a michelada, both of which were quite tasty. My hubby had the shrimp ceviche which was loaded with shrimp. He liked the flavor and it was the perfect serving size. I had the chilaquiles with Carne asada. I thoroughly enjoyed it. This is a spot we will try again when we return to Pasadena.

Brought my bestfriend here for a night out in town and we had an absolute blast. The music was great and diverse since there are multiple rooms in the restaurant with different music genres we got a little bit of everything. The food was also tasteful, we got something simple to snack on: Guacamole and a sausage plate. The sausage was surprisingly flavorful considering i'm not the biggest fan of sausage. My favorite were the drinks so pretty and delicious. I got the the Mexican Candy cocktail and my bestfriend got the Betty Boop. The bartender was very friendly as well. Would definately recommend this place to anyone wanting a fun night out: Great drinks, fun ambience, good food, & awesome service! Will be back soon

We had a reservation, but when we arrived they acted as if they don’t take reservations. Thankfully there was a table available. The food was delicious! Service was poor. It took about 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. My husband ordered a second drink that he never received. It was a fun ambiance. Patrons were there to have a good time.
