About Denver Chophouse
You'll find the comfortable, warm-wooded restaurant filled with a crowd as diverse as the menu there for a special occasion or a casual gathering. The nostalgic feel, including the sounds of Big Band 30's and 40's coupled with a current menu with generous portions gives the Denver ChopHouse its approachable, yet upscale contemporary style. Handcrafted ales brewed on-site, small batch bourbons, and a fine array of single malt scotches all add to the ChopHouse tradition.

Denver Chophouse Ratings and Reviews
I don’t think We have ever been to restaurant where we were treated better. Not only is the ambience is great, but service and food were beyond my expectations. Our server Bobby was more than awesome, he had a lot of personality and did a great job interacting with us. He also made some outstanding recommendations. We had the tenderloin tips with mushrooms, they were delicious and the serving was large. Dessert was the apple pie, this a whole small pie, warm and served with ice cream, it was incredible, as well as large enough for three of us.
The manager Marcus (I think that was his name), came by our table, he was also delightful.
We’ve had more pleasant experience as we did here. We will definitely go back, and I would highly recommend this restaurant!
Took a group of business associates in for a dinner after an event. They arrived before me and were seated and began with appetizers. Beth our server was outstanding as I have come to expect of the service here at the Denver Chop House. Wine recommendation from Beth was spot on, steak preparations and sides were fantastic. My guests some American, one Canadian, and on British were quite impressed. Happy to have such a wonderful restaurant in my home city.
The place is amazing. Everything from their micro-brews to their cuts of steak and specials. We had a great time, service was fantastic and the steak was top notch. I was doing research before booking the reservations and let me tell you that there is a reason that this restaurant is always in the top 10 of Denver steakhouses. I am definitely revisiting this place on my next trip to Denver.
I went to the Chop House to celebrate my raise. Was excited to go had not been in a long time. Did not get something extravagant ju8st some chicken and fries. The chicken was almost burnt and the fries were only cooked on the outside they were cold in the middle. For the price of this restaurant this was very disappointing.
My wife and I went for an early lunch to celebrate our anniversary, the service was incredible and the food was very good.
Our server Megan, actually took the time to explain the history of the building and told us to feel free to look around.
Would highly recommend
I was disappointed with the initial service we received when we came in. We had a reservation and had to wait about 30+ minutes while they let people who did not have reservations and came in AFTER us to be seated. I found this to unacceptable and felt the hosts had some sort of a prejudice against us as it was very clear they were not thrilled to be serving us. The waitress was mostly polite and I don't have anything negative so say about her, but the hosts working the desk as you come in were absolutely rude and need customer service training. I would have expected better from a higher-class restaurant. The only things that I liked about the restaurant were the Food and the interior construction/look of the building and design.
I ordered the prime ribeye steak. I ordered it medium rare. It came out medium. It was tough and didn’t have the rich flavor of a prime steak. If it was prime it had been previously frozen but my guess is they charged me prime price for choice beef. If you go I recommend you skip the prime and just order the choice steaks on their menu. It’s probably the same thing.
