Another great experience at the Denver Chophouse. The service was outstanding. We went for Easter Brunch and the food was good. There was a nice variety of both breakfast and lunch good. Everything tasted good.
Food and service was perfect, as always. We would definitely recommend.
We had delicious food, great service all in a relaxing environment.
Our food was amazing and our server Austin was fabulous!
Everything was pretty mediocre tonight. Seems like this restaurant is going downhill from what it was a few years ago.
Hi- Thank you so much for your feedback. I am terribly sorry to hear about your mediocre experience. We have made recent updates to make the guest experience better than ever before. You should have had an incredible experience and that is what you and all guests should expect from us. I would like to speak with you directly and invite you back for the experience you should have received. Please call the restaurant at your convenience. Thank you, Nate General Manager 303-296-0800
Service from Brittany was exceptionally good. My son had the crab stuffed halibut, awesome. I had the chef's cut, good, but I'm kind of a steak snob. Muscle appetizer was great.
High quality food with great and friendly service. Will definitely return.
The service was amazing! Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable about the menue despite being new. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Seafood Sampler and the Chop Chop Salad was much more than we could eat. Delicious!
Great service, great food,pricey
Very good food and great waitress. Very much enjoyed our meal there.
Great ambiance and atmosphere. Had the chicken picatta. It was delicious.
We enjoy going to the Denver Chophouse for a meal before a Rockies Baseball Game. The food is great, service always fantastic and prices at market value.
Excellent food and service, huge portions! Definitely will return!
Rockies home opener
Rockies Opening day lunch. The prime rib sandwich without the bread was a little dry. The rest of the food was great. Never disappointed with the Chophouse!
The prime rib was tough and lacked flavor. My wige’s Filet was over cooked and dry. Service was average
Outstanding food, GREAT service! Excellent experience and awesome ambiance.
Service was priced extremely slow, neatly 1 hour after we placed our order we got our food
Terrible service. Food was mediocre at best, my “Chefs Cut” steak was a bone in Waygu ribeye — worst steak I’ve ever had, I do not believe it was Waygu. This was just a terrible night. We dine at some of the absolute best restaurants across the US, and right here in Denver, and this was just brutal.
Food, staff, atmosphere were all amazing! We had a great time and enjoyed our dinner and drinks. I will absolutely return again!
Denver Chophouse is always the best value for the money in Denver. You can find higher quality steakhouses, but the service at the Chophouse is impeccable, and the entree inclusions make you feel like you are paying a fair price for a lot of food. I highly recommend the Chophouse over the other places who charge a la carte for everything. Those places are great, but if you want great value, Chophouse is it!!!
I took my wife there for her 40th birthday and the meal was delicious! The waitress was possibly the best I've ever had checked on his several times to make sure my food was okay and my drinks were full!
Would have preferred Taco Bell drive through service
We have gone here for over 10 years and had great food until this visit. Steak was over cooked and prime rib was mostly gristle and fat. The manager did apologize and credited our bill. Waitress was wonderful. We will try again next visit to Denver.
Great meal at a great Denver restaurant - we love it!
The service is fantastic and the food is delicious! We look forward to dining there again.
We had a wonderful evening at the Denver Chophouse, Great Food, Great Service and wonderful atmosphere.
Excellent food and quiet dining experience. Waiter was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our table. I had the wedge salad and a crab cake. The wedge was exceptional and the crab cake was good. The cake was a bit bland although fresh. My husband had the prime rib and he stated it was exceptional as well. A friend also raved about the prime rib with horseradish sauce. Stated this was better than the tips and mushroom entree. Overall, excellent experience, food, and service. We will return
I took a group of work colleagues here for dinner while in town. If I had wanted to shoot the moon on a steakhouse, there were lots of others with 4 or 5 dollar sign levels but this being a work event, I chose DCH. The food was good, just not great. Steaks were cooked well but you can tell choice from prime. The lamb was good but not memorable. All in all, it was a good but there is so much opportunity for this place to be great. The building is fantastic and has a ton of character, hope the food can match it someday.
The food was AMAZING as usual! But what put it over the top was our server, Ricky! He went above and beyond to make our experience perfect!! I’ve been dining at the Chop House for over 20 years, and this was by far the best it’s ever been!!!
EVERYTHING was EXCELLENT....FOOD, SERVICE, DRINKS!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
An anniversary of sorts.
Very delicious steak and wonderful service. Would recommend!
By far, the best steakhouse experience I’ve EVER had! My co-workers and I were visiting Denver from Hawaii. This was an amazing expletive. We’ll definitely be coming back on our next trip to Denver!
Our waiter was very nice but we were sat by the door and the kitchen. It was very loud.
Poor service. Good food
I was disappointed that my meal was not very hot when it was served. The baked potato was not even hot enough to melt the butter and my steak was luke warm. Fortunately the flavor was good.
My prime rib was cold and the baked potato was under cooked and cold. My wife's meal was the same, her baked potato was so cold the butter did not melt. From my experience a baked potato will hold heat, so who knows how long the potato was out of the oven or warmer! Our server did a great job; enjoyed the beer; salad and soup were good. But the kitchen let us down, when it came to main course. Overall, very disappointing experience.
Seated in direct line to the front door and right next to the kitchen. Cold air from front door being propped open and too much noise from the kitchen! Also, they ran out of cornbread so we didn’t get any until our meal arrived rather than with our appetizer. Poor timing on the meal with food arriving while halfway through salads.
But even with all that, we still love the Chop House and will be back again due to its amazing history or delicious meals!
