   We made a reservation for the 6 of us so that they would know that we were coming. The table was set up including an umbrella. However, they were short on servers and it took a while for everything. Also, because it was Memorial Day Monday they were only serving brunch even though it was after 12 noon. I don't understand why we couldn't order off the hotel room service menu for real food. Even with the slow service, the restaurant was lovely and all of the servers were pleasant and courteous. We got to sit there with friends for a long time in this beautiful location.

   Slow service coupled by low inventory ( tried to order two different wines, they weren’t available) Food was good but it took a very long time to receive dinner. We all had two drinks waiting for dinner. At least you were open on a Monday. Most Columbus business are not open on Monday.

   They show pictures of the roof but you eat in the lobby area an get charged 65 dollars a head an then 18% tip for a brunch that ended up being a buffet with none if the items that were on the web site menu a blatant bait an switch tactic. With a buffet in the lobby having to get your food in between people carrying there luggage out no valet when arriving so we had to bark three blocks away in 85 degree heat an walked in with my wife in high heels. To finally get in an then order our drink an go up to get our omelet the we get back to the table an I ask if I could have some toast an was told they don’t have toast but I added that at brunch or breakfast there should be toast the waitress said not today then came back with the check for 165.00 for two people well I must say I was outraged that I had not even began to eat yet an we get the check . I was so upset an frustrated to have be so misled to only get a oh sorry we have only done this twice . But to only find out they do breakfast on each an every weekend an for 165.00 I could not get a piece of toast or a English muffin such a rip off. To only hear they appreciate my input an will have a will take it under advisement it felt like a brush off breakfast or brunch should have toast or waffles but not hear not everyone eats roast beef carving stations or omelets dune like French toast pancakes it’s a sad thing to have had happen on Mother’s Day it’s a shame in this day an age when things are costing so much that brunch or Buffett dose not include toast or Even pancakes. BEWARE you too could get ripped off as we did don’t waist your money going here if I could I would have picketed to show everyone how they play on words an not even update there web site an say there updated menus was only on Facebook not everyone had Facebook so it seems very shady thing to due people who wanted to try something new for Mother’s Day to get ripped off due to not having Facebook to be informed thar is so shady an dishonest business

   They should research what a brunch is. There were nothing that could be considered lunch suitable for eating. Their prices are to high for the amount of food and the turn around time from ordering to services is very bad.

   The service was absolutely wonderful, thank you, Sasha. Food was okay, bland, and not enough options. We had a large party for brunch so the manager Shannon assisted with service, which she botched up and had the nerve to get an attitude. No, I don't want the food that you placed on the table for the party that was sitting beside us. Sasha managed to fix that error take care of us. Keep Sasha, get rid of Shannon and the chef.

    This was my 1st time having brunch at Denim & Oak. It was everything that I hoped for. The mimosa special was delightful, and the food was just enough to satisfy my mid day hunger. I will return again.

    We arrived at our reservation time and the restaurant was practically empty and we were seated right away. We sat there for 25 minutes before getting up and leaving. A waitress had come by to get our drink orders shortly after us sitting down but they never came out. We were hungry and decided to just leave and go somewhere else because we didn’t want to wait all night. The service was horrible.

    Be sure to check the prices versus what you order. I was charged $25 for one vodka cranberry drink. Some of the entrees weren't even as much as that one drink. I gave the service a low rating due to being extremely overcharged for one drink.

    Great service, food and cocktails. Really enjoyed out meal there. Will, our server, was excellent - very helpful with explaining everything and just pleasant overall. Nice quiet atmosphere but it is quite pricey.

    It is a very nice location. Love the decor and ambience. Seating was very comfortable. Loved seeing the River. Our waitress was amazing! She didnt miss a beat and was always on top of everything! We were there for brunch and loved the menu! Will definitely go back and try dinner!

    The kitchen struggled to cook our filet to order. We ordered it medium, but it came out medium well, bordering on well done. We sent it back, and the new steak came out medium rare. The server was very pleasant and the restaurant was very nice. The rest of the food was fine but uninspiring compared to some of their competitors downtown.

    Lovely spot with nicely inspired menu however a few details lacking. 1) no spoons on table. 2) ordered the nola shrimp with 2 pieces of bread. Asked for more and was charged $2 for bread. Third time doing here, so they're doing something right

    I would suggest adding more selections to your menu. For example, I recommend adding steak to the menu along with grilled salmon, more vegetables and French or Italian rolls. I would recommend the restaurant to only a few of my friends and not all.

    Terrible service. I’m one to look at the positive but the waitress was extremely rude and not timely. Took 40 minutes to get drinks and 50 to order food. She brought out appetizers without plates to have them on, and generally seemed angry we were there the entire time. Will not be going back.

    Very nice restaurant. We sat outside and it was peaceful. It was a bit expensive (about $100 for two people; got two cocktails, one appetizer, and two entrees). But for a special night or date with your S/O it’s good.

    Went for breakfast. Food was really good, sitting on back patio was great especially since it is the shade in the morning. Meals came out as described, especially level of heat from a ghost pepper sauce that was very good. Server was great but like everywhere right now they may have been understaffed. Staff especially server was very pleasant and cheerful. Overall great job thanks for having us.
