   Every dish was out of this world, particularly the fluke and banana custard. Wish this was my neighborhood spot. Will return.

   I normally don’t write restaurant reviews but Demo exceeded all expectations. I knew it was going to be good, but the food ended up being outstanding. My husband and I had the snap pea special salad and pork special and they were both incredible. All the staff were all extremely nice and helpful, and the wine recommendations were also top notch. Can’t wait to come back!

   I enjoy trying out new places, and having “experiences.” This one was perfect because I only wanted to do a tasting of a few menu items. The chefs still hand-delivered my selections as if I had spent big bucks. The personal touch still matters, especially if you’re dining alone. So it was worth every cent.

   Perfect wine bar/eatery. A bar in front, tables along the wall, and very comfortable counter seating in back. The food--crab casino, skate rillettes, gemelli with duck confit ragu, and fluke meunière--all delicious. Service professional--knowledgeable and friendly. Wine list superb, fairly priced, and full of happy surprises. Lively, but not so loud one can't converse. I'll be back.
