In collaboration with local wine, olive oil and food producers, we are bringing our passion for Florence and Tuscany to the table. We are reviving Florentine culinary traditions and most importantly we are supporting our local producers whose ingredients become the real protagonists on the table.

Embracing the concept of farm to table and sourcing local products not only gives you an authentic experience and the opportunity to taste unique, non-commercial products, but it helps support our local economy, and reduces our impact on the environment. Tuscans produce food with passion, respect and gratitude for the land and what it provides.

Let Demetra introduce you to our wonderful wines, our local produce, our traditional Tuscan dishes together with a taste of true Florentine hospitality and culture.

    Made a reservation. Received confirmation. Showed up for dinner and the restaurant was closed. Call before making reservation on open table app to ensure this place is open.

    A gem of a restaurant. We all loved our pasta dishes and my girls both said that their dinner was amazing. We all loved the style of the restaurant and the chef was not only kind and funny but clearly an amazing cook.

    great little place. Owner/chef is such a nice person and cooks with passion. Highly recommended. Food was tremendous.

    We left the experience feeling thoroughly well-fed and also very cultured! We learnt a lot about Florentine wines and foods, and very much enjoyed the group that we were part of. It was a great way to end our trip to Florence.
