Amazing service and great food!
We went Sunday afternoon and we were one of about 5 tables in the entire restaurant. The server let us know they had 20 different options for pizzas, but we were only served about 7 different options. The servers coming around with the pizza were very slow. We were eating one small piece then having to wait 5 minutes for our next option to come by. We’ve been before on a Saturday night to another location and it was a lot busier so more pizzas were going around. Maybe they didn’t want to cook all of the pizza for just a few tables, which is understandable, but we paid the same amount so we should get the same level of service. Wouldn’t go back again unless it was a busier time.
First time here and it exceeded my expectations! Really good pizza, and the service was great too!
Issues with open table app. when making reservation they showed available time of 4pm however the store in Southlake didn't open till 5:45 so we ended up waiting am hour and half
Delicious food, attentive staff, would definitely recommend!
An extremely poor experience. Had to beg for servers to come to our table. Had very few options presented to us (the same ones over and over). Received less than half the options and quantity as we usually do. Management was notified but it was too late to salvage the meal.
Ever want to go to Brazilian Steakhouse that serves pizza instead of steaks? Well this is your place. Ever wondered what lamb would taste like on pizza? They have it. We had never been here before and in our continued attempt to try new places we found this gem. Even had dessert pizza. Meatballs and lobster bisque was good as well. It’s in a strip mall so the space is a little small but you don’t feel cramped. But very impressed with the entire experience.
Birthday dinner. Pretty expensive pizza. Next time, I’ll order 6 pizzas off the to go menu and save $100 bucks. (6 people, two of which are kids) was $200 bucks. (We had three drinks). Just seemed like a lot for pizza…
Fabulous service! Amazing drink menu :)
This place is great but understaffed. I would have liked to see more servers serving pizzas.
Food was good. But the amount of time you’re waiting for one slice of pizza to land on your plate. I received one small slice of pizza every 10min because the amount of people they had dinning and not enough servers. I suggest avoiding weekends. It was an experience but I won’t be returning.
Making a reservation is absolutely recommended. We had a 6:30 reservation for 2 and we were accommodated in their busy dining room without delay. Food is amazing as always.
Very lively atmosphere. Makes yiu feel like family. Large tables encourage large parties. Good is fantastic. Mixed drinks are strong.
Only 2nd time to visit. Once seated we didn’t get checked on for water and drinks. The time in which pizza came around to table was a long wait between one another. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good either. And it was for my son birthday!! So we were seated and forgotten about …
Service was incredibly slow. Not enough pizza came around fast enough and when a certain one was requested, it took too long to get there. Best part was the lobster bisque and salad.
We made our reservation through Open Table. Everything went good. The food was great, as was the service. Pizza kept coming by when we had our card green. Our waitress sent some pizza by that we requested. The only recommendation we might have is to have a separate green card for the dessert pizza. (Which also was delicious).
I've been to this location on a few occasions. I must say I prefer going on a Sunday. On busier days like Saturday, the service is a bit slower. Also, on a busy Saturday, there were a few of the pizzas that we had yo ask so many times to have brought around to our table and atleast 2 still never made it.
Great food and wonderful overall experience.
Our service was beyond expectations, and the food was exquisite. Was our first time going and will definitely be going back soon!
Great food and amazing service. You won’t leave hungry that’s for sure!
Food was good but a little pricey for pizza
Always a great time here. You cant get a better bang for your buck! The quality of pizza is always great
This was our first visit, but it certainly will not be our last! Great find. We were very impressed overall!
The waitress was not very attentive. She kept getting our drink orders wrong.
I had no idea it was all you can eat. I wasn’t super hungry, but couldn’t pass up the 18 varieties of pizza coming my way. So delicious!! I think we only missed out on 4. Favorites were spinach and bacon, salami, elote corn, bananas flambé and Nutella. Actually - lamb one and four cheese were amazing as well. You can’t go wrong!
I love It! Booking my holiday party in here! I really like the food and service! The price on the wine is very fair! My favorite Austin Hope is cheeped than Walmart! Good job
I thought Delucca sounded like a fun experience, but with the ability to try so many pizzas, I was afraid the quality would be lacking. As soon as I tried the first piece, I was pleasantly surprised! I'm a pizza snob, and it was really good! The crust was thin, which I love, and it came out piping hot. There were a few that were delicious, a couple that were really good, and only one or two that I didn't care for. The atmosphere and service were great. I definitely recommend trying Delucca for the food and experience!
The service was pretty bad because they sat the two of us next to four big parties. All the different pizzas we wanted to try always went to these parties first and we kept getting only three types. The variety was scarce and the servers were inconsistent. It took awhile to even get our drinks. We never got our dessert either. I’ll give it another shot, but probably request sitting away from bigger parties.
Service was really slow, took a really long time to get certain types of pizza which was challenging with 4 hungry kids with us. Food was on point, just wish it were coming out more regularly.
Great restaurant, coming back with my family soon
Food is amazing
Cheap ingredients and poor quality of toppings
Excellent! Such a unique concept! Food and service was excellent!
My family and I were finally able to visit Dallas this weekend and we made sure to make reservations way in advance for Delucca. I had read the restaurant's menu ahead of time and was hoping that I wasn't hyping myself up for anything. Once we arrived we were promptly greeted by the hostess who was very kind and seated just a few minutes afterward. Our waiter was very nice, and attentive, he was sure to explain how the concept worked and give us good drink recommendations. Once the food started coming out it was game over! Almost every pizza I had was amazing, and even though the servers went around to other tables before he got to us in the back, the pizza was still warm enough to enjoy. The corn/elote pizza was hands down my favorite and once I told the waiter that, he made sure that whenever it came out from the kitchen the servers brought it by. This will forever be our go to place when we visit Dallas. If only they would open one in Houston!
We had the best time! The gauchos made sure we had exactly the type of pizza! We will definitely go back!
Loved this rotating pizza buffet like a Brazilian steakhouse. The only thing at the end we wanted more Nutella pizza and they never came around again, and getting our check took forever.
Amazing ambiance! So much fun! Food and drinks are really good!
Significantly over priced for what you get. Long gaps between pizza coming out. It tasted good once you you got it. I had a family of 5. I expected much more for the price I paid. I wanted to like it, but was pretty disappointed
Great assortment of pizzas in a nice upscale setting. Reasonable pricing for the amount and quality of food paired with friendly, accommodating service - I’ll definitely be back!
Food here is very good - my wife and I have our favorites like the lobster bisque/soup and kobe meatballs, many varieties of pizzas including dessert type pizzas.
As for the ambiance of the restaurant - it is lacking due to unruly children that scamper about the tables and run amok inside the restaurant without the restaurant staff or parents intervening. It’s weird how much the children of the patrons at this particular restaurant misbehave. I realize they are having fun but I’m not trying to have dinner at a children’s playground (dinner earlier this week was about $145 for 2 persons, bottle of wine and gratuities). I believe the better more-enjoyable option for us in the future is ordering takeout of the meatballs and our favorite pizza.
Delicious as always!!
