Located in the heart of New Brunswick’s cultural district, Delta’s is a celebration of the spirit of the South. Featuring traditional and not so traditional Southern cuisine, creative cocktails and live music in a warm & eclectic atmosphere. Seeing a show in New Brunswick? We are a brisk walk from the legendary State Theatre and the NBPAC. Please be advised, we enforce a 15 minute grace period. When planning for your reservation, please consider parking and traffic in your travel time. The complete party must be present to be seated on high volume nights. We reserve the right to enforce table times on high volume nights. Reservations made after 9:30 on the weekdays and 10:30 on the weekends are offered our Late Night menu (appetizers & select sides available). We happily accomodate walk-ins!

I haven’t been to Delta’s in a very long time. The food was ok. Since we went for Biggie’s brunch, the music was really good. We had a variety of things to eat such as deviled eggs, catfish and grits, the brunch special , wings, fried green tomatoes and shrimp and grits. The deviled eggs needed some relish to be added to it and I think it would have been very good. The shrimp and grits and catfish and grits were both good as well. The fried green tomatoes were ok. The wings were supposed to be hot truffle however they didn’t taste hot or like they had truffle added to them. The drinks that we had were good though. I wished they would have offered the Mac and cheese with the catfish meal because on the menu they only had it with fries and coleslaw. All in all, I say my experience was good. Since it is almost an hour drive for me, I won’t say I’ll be back tomorrow but I will give it another chance but probably for dinner instead.

Have been to Delta’s on many occasions, tonight was Special due ti it was my Bday, which as also become a routine visit for that Day. The problem, finding out about all the extra’s on the menu, not too mention, the charge now for entertainment added to your bill! The Restaurant specializes in Southern cuisine, and too serve ‘French Fries with Catfish was a disappointment, to say the least, when did French fries become southern cuisine? The Southern cuisine sides are now all 10.00 if added to your meal, which is a lot. Of course, food prices have increased, but Delta’s prices are pricey for side orders. Needless to say. Probably will have to make other choices to accommodate our pocketbooks! And on another note, my party and I were traveling from NY City and we could have went anywhere we chose Deltas, but it wasn’t such a Great this visit, oh and did I say? Got yo add the 20.00 parking. Gosh and Gratuity is not up to you! Maybe if there are some Changes, may visit again. But not right now’

First time eating here. The restaurant had a great vibe and I loved the decor. The food and service were great. Our server was very nice and very friendly. The only issue I had was with the valet parking. I did not realize there was a fee to use the valet service. We were charged $20.00. Which I feel was very pricy. The cost for the service should be more prominently displayed.

It was great taking my wife there for her birthday. It was a slow, very intimate day. However, they should have let us take the remaining food. I just woke up hungry, and I will be going back. Our service great 10 out of 10. Shaun Bless

I LOVED Delta’s this evening. On Wednesdays try the “Souldizio”. It was mouth watering and the staff are so accommodating and helpful! Had a great time. Ambiance is just right. I love the upgrades to the decor.

The decision to go to Delta's was based on the menu item of fried whiting fish and fried okra only to find that they removed those items from the menu in January 2025. The catfish entree was $26 without any sides. Although it came with coleslaw, you had to purchase additional sides for an additional cost. All entrees should come with 2 sides of choice. Lastly, the parking is very limited. I ended up paying $20 to valet park (which they block the on street spaces so that you cannot park there and then turn around and park your car in the same on street parking that should be free of pay the meter. They at least should take off $10 if you valet parked your car.

Terrible... This was my go to place for soul food and the atmosphere. I was just at Deltas last year and came here tonight (Saturday) with my family and it has changed drastically. Had reservations and arrived early and sat at the bar and ordered a drink. They automatically add a tip to your bill regardless If you only had ONE drink. Ok sat us down on time and reminded us that we only have 90 minutes. We thought 90 minutes started after the food came out, which took over 20 minutes. NO! 90 minutes start as soon as you sit down. Also, the light skinned waitress with the leopard glasses on kept reminding us how many minutes we had left. (Very uncomfortable) . Now lets talk about the food. The menu has changed and you only get what comes with the meal and NO SUBSTITUTIONS. And the sides are ALA CARTE. $10 bucks each. I wanted Catfish, but who the h... is going to pay 30 dollars for fish, fries and coleslaw???? So I order the chicken wings off of the appetizer menu and 2 sides, Mac and Cheese and Collard Greens. The chicken wings were dry and had no seasoning. The collard greens wasn't bad however, the leaves are huge, not cooked in smoked meat and doesn't need the red pepper strip in it. OMG the Mac & Cheese???? Disgusting, tastes horrible and It is not baked. Its Macaroni cooked on top of the stove with some white cheese (not cheddar or sharp) then cheddar cheese thrown on the top then put under a broiler. My family was so disappointed with their food and with the prices, OMG we should have went to a Steak House. OK here comes the bill...... Tip Added and there was a $40 entertainment fee. For what?? There was a lady singing and 2 men with her. So were paying for YOUR ENTERTAINMENT that you choose to have? This place for a Saturday night was lacking customers, empty tables, no one standing around waiting to sit down and eat. I think its hanging on a strand of hair. DELTA'S if you dont bring back the food you will be holding on for dear life.
