Dels Italian Kitchen is a great choice for a casual night out with its vibrant setting, open kitchen and comfortable bar. Our Chefs approachable Italian kitchen cuisine is always prepared with the highest standards and freshest ingredients. At Dels we make our pasta from scratch, use only the best tomatoes for our sauce and bake our hand stretched pizzas in a stone hearth pizza oven.

Overall a great experience, sadly disappointed with server. Not as attentive as we’ve had in the past. Welcomed us back, took drink order, popped by after manager delivered our meals to see how our ‘first bite was’ ….. had to ask 2nd time for bread. That was it until we asked for the bill …. another time lapse while she took the order from table beside us….. The restaurant was maybe 1/4 full, no excuse why more prompt service wasn’t provided. Perhaps the servers time management will get more efficient as it gets busier, fingers crossed.

The food was tasty and one can see the ingredients are fresh. The mozzarella is incredible and the pizza I loved it. Servers were nice and helpful. I will definitely go back.

My boyfriend and I love going to Dels when we get the chance too. Our experience last night was good although we didn’t know that you were using a revised menu so we were a bit disappointed. Other then that everything was good!
We are excited to get our kitchen open again this Friday! It still won't be a full Dels menu.. but we are very excited to have a ton more of our usual offerings available! Birthday celebration for two during the patio-only-Covid-lockdown... and it was raining. The staff set up a table under an overhang so we could celebrate. We were the only customers, and they treated us like royalty.

The food was not what we expected because the menu was from charcoal. Last time i attended here the menu was different and the food was delicious not so much this time

Being near the parking garage didn’t work. We were placed under a hanging flower basket in the corner near the entrance.
Service was pretty good, but let down by our drink having lipstick on the glass from the previous user. That put a downer on the rest of the meal due to Covid concerns, despite countless apologies and a free dessert.
Disappointing as I’ve always given this place 4-5 stars.
With the restaurants streak of amazing meals, I’d imagine the Covid restrictions have really made it difficult for them, making this an isolated event.

Finding lipstick on your glass from a previous guest should never happen and if it had happened to me, I would have had the same reaction. With only 9 patio tables available to us and our kitchen still remaining closed for the time being, we piled you both with a lot of disappointments for your anniversary dinner. We had the brussel sprout skillet and calamari for appetizers. Both were delicious! I think it was the best calamari I've ever had: not rubbery, not oily, really well seasoned. My main was a little bit dry (I had the chicken parm which came with spaghetti in a creamy sauce), but still good! Our server was Chris and he was so so awesome! He was really friendly and prompt. He recommended a really tasty bottle of wine and the amazing appetizers. He also accommodated special requests from a disabled member of our group.

Fabulous night out for my birthday dinner. Even though diners were spaced out due to Covid protocol there was still great ambiance in the restaurant. We had burgers, beef dip and pasta dishes that were all delicious.
Our server, Chris, was knowledgeable, friendly and came to our table just enough for us to feel welcome and cared for during our visit.

Food was cold, we were rushed to eat and get out, told multiple times how much time we had left to eat, meanwhile the server was incorrect and I had to remind her twice as to our reservation time and how much time we had left. I understand COVID dining rules, however we weren’t pushing the envelope or trying to bend the rules. We finished our meal on time and left. She actually told us we don’t have time for dessert and coffee LOL when we actually did and ordered it anyways, and still finished on time! There is a way to manage through COVID dining rules and unfortunately this experience was not enjoyable. It actually will make me think twice about rebooking Del’s. 2 days After posting this review I will give credit to the GM at Del’s/Charcoal they called my cell and discussed the issues. Great follow up and customer service. I was impressed on how he dealt with it. Fantastic!
I am so sorry for your experience with us on Thursday Dave. As we try to navigate our way through this new 'norm' we are making some mistakes. We do not ever mean to make anyone feel rushed or unwanted in the restaurant. On top of that, our food standards are much better than being described as 'cold' and should have been addressed that evening. I'm sorry that it was not. Del's is one of our favourite local restaurants, in addition to the Charcoal and Martini's upstairs. WE have always been impressed by the quality of the meals and service with a smile. Staff congratulated us for our 21st anniversary, complete with bubbly. Covid-19 protocols are being strictly observed, and my wife and I were totally comfortable dining there. Great experience and excellent service as always. Only complaint is that they removed the “build your own pasta” option from the menu, which was always our go-to. If there’s no longer a build your own option, bring back the sausage and pepper penne!!!
